GWOP II: More Gosselins Without Pity

If Kate's mom is a Gosselin blog regular and internet savvy as well as lived through seeing her daughter ripped to shreds in tabloids like Us and Star, you would think she'd know better than to say anything, positive or negative, to anyone outside of her inner circle. The tabloid frenzy has died down and all that's left is a few crazy bloggers fighting their crazy war on blogs few people read. Why would she bother to try and defend her daughter to the public now? Nobody cares anymore. Doesn't she have real friends she can talk to?

One of the major arguments at Kate's fan sites has always been that the kids might read all the negative comments about their mom someday. Well Jodi and Kevin are parents too, and hearing grandma say that mom and dad are greedy liars would probably stick more than anything a bunch of strangers had to say. What's good for the "Khater" is good for the "sheeple." I stopped differentiating between the good guys and the bad guys in the Gosselin family drama some time ago. I think they all suck in their own unique and special ways and in varying degrees.

Well, she did apologize and ask to have the comments removed which is more than can be said for Aunt Fairy Dust & Co.

And because having to keep quiet while the world and half my family talked shit about my kid would drive me fucking insane? I'll give her a pass just this once.

Was it ever confirmed that it really was Kate's mom? Because if it was you'd think the story would get more play than a mention on a couple of internet tabloid sites. Either it wasn't really her or the general public doesn't care enough for the tabloid magazines and other media outlets to bother to pick up on the story. I'd go with the latter.

Radar says it was confirmed by a "source". Ya never can tell with them, though.

And yeah, it's old news that Radar would pick up only because the Kate love/hate war has taken up residence there and it gets them a lot of hits.

Oh, even scarier is Kate having a new book out in 2011? Called: Love in the Mix? It should be called Lunatic in the Mix. This whole Kate story reminds me of the movie She-devil. The one with Rosanne Barr in it, and Merle Stret played Mary Fisher, It reminds me of when Mary Fishers world was falling and she had a new book out called: Love in the Rinse cycle, it flopped! Kate's will too. Saw new pics of her, geez, did she age. For someone who is 35, she looks between 45-50. And I was right about her, spending as little time with those kids as possible. They are merchandise, a bunch of dolls to play with on camera. What a sick person she is.

Ah yes, that famous Oscar winning actress "Merle Stret". Maybe in all that time spent googling Kate's boobs, you could have figured out how to spell that name right?

I peeked to see what they were up to since the Gosselins have all but completely disappeared. They're still just spending all their time looking for her pics. Shouldn't they be gloriously happy that it's actually really easy to avoid anything Kate these days? She's down, and will probably not be back up. Nah, not our gals. There might be a picture out there somewhere of Kate wearing heels and no bra!

So this person can remember a character name from a somewhat obscure movie from 15 years ago, but doesn't know the name of one of the most famous actresses in the world who played that character? What a nutbar. (And in the movie, Roseanne was a frumpy housewife whose husband cheated on her, so she let go of her responsibility for the kids, gave herself a makeover and started a new and lucrative career that ended up destroying her husband. Hmm, which sounds more like Kate?)

Oh the drama! The rant below is based on speculation that Kate pulled her kids out of school early the other day to film. Who knew that if you missed one day of school you'd be left friendless and hopelessly behind?

Keeping her children out of school is another example of Hate stifling their growth.
Remember what it was like to go back after missing even one day of school? I felt left behind, anxious, and out of the loop. To say being absent made me feel insecure and nervous is an understatement.
I attended private school for grades 1-12, which may have intensified these feelings of inadequacy when I missed school. Back in the day, private Catholic schools were notoriously more "in your business" than public school and everyone knew everything (well, almost) about each family.

For the G8, to miss just one day, especially in the early grades, means missing out on crucial reading and math skills, not to mention the all important, though dreaded but determinable formation of cliques; groups which can only develop with DAILY SOCIALIZATION. Miss a day and they're back to square one, as ISOLATED and friendless as they were before school began. And WHO will collect the make-up assignments for eight - count 'em, eight kids - including all the hand-outs and calendar reminders that go with missing a day, a week, two weeks, of school? Queen Take? I don't think so. She just TAKES and TAKES and TAKES some more until there's nothing left of them.
Her "job" is to ISOLATE in all areas: emotionally, scholastically, socially, spiritually... God, what a b#^*h.

Since you asked, Alana, I don't remember feeling behind, anxious, insecure, out of the loop, nervous or inadequate if I missed a day of school. And believe it or not, it didn't render me friendless either.

I love when they try to prove how much smarter they are than Kate and make complete asses of themselves. Apparently, the word "undermine" and its past tense "undermined" are not familiar to the genius brigade.

She can't even be the best loser. Love the misspoken comment 'undermind' Tony. She sure has a gift of gab/and/or way with words, especially the ones she makes uppish in her own mine.

I was just wondering as to the spelling trolls lurking here awhile back, did you make fun of Kate when she said undermind? Or is it just haters' typos you make fun of. I bet Kate thinks undermind comes from "going under someone's mind."

Kate saying "undermind" had nothing to do with spelling. She simply doesn't know the correct word--she does that quite often.
