Whitney Purvis, 21, featured on the first season of MTV’s 16 & Pregnant, hasn’t been in front of reality TV cameras for a while, but her off-screen drama is boiling over thanks to a recent arrest.

She and boyfriend Weston Gosa, 23, were arrested at their home in Georgia on Dec. 12 after someone alleged they had broken some valuable pieces of their electronics, TMZ is reporting.

According to the The Floyd County Sheriff’s Dept, the couple was arrested after a warrant was issued for their arrest. Someone filed a complaint accusing them of smashing a laptop and a cellphone. The police arrested them at their home for criminal trespassing.

Even though they were taken to the station and booked, they were each released on $1,300 bond. No word where baby Weston Jr. was during the arrest.

Another arrest for the family

This isn’t the first time Whitney has been arrested. In March of this year, she was booked for stealing a $15.98 First Response pregnancy test from a local Walmart. Wearing a hooded jacket, the 20-year-old allegedly tried sneaking out through a side door. Store security caught her and put her under citizen’s arrest until local police arrived.

Her mom, April Purvis, has also been in trouble with the law. On June 5, 2011, April was arrested for possession of marijuana and meth. At the time, Whitney told TMZ, “What my mom does, does not effect me.”

“I do not want my son to grow up how I did,” she added, and also added that she is “nothing like her parents.”

I read that Farrah is really pissed that Maci is getting her own spin-off. Apparently Farrah thinks that she is the prettiest and therefore deserves her own show. And she and Maci were friends(ish), I guess, but now she is supposedly not talking to Maci. Oh, and Maci may or may not be back with Ryan. She and Kyle broke up, and Ryan and Dalis broke up. Then people were tweeting pics of Maci and Ryan out together and Dalis tweeted pics of herself out with Kyle. DRAMA.

Well, Farrah and her tweezers are a feel-good story right now, because Jenelle is pregnant. The gal who didn't have a maternal cell in her body. I can't follow her story at all. Prison? Boob job? Husband? Boss harassing her with her own naked pics? I see bits and pieces and it's too much of a trainwreck to even follow. All I know is that she treated that first child like a pesky little cousin (she wasn't even warm enough to act like a sister).

Ugh, WHY do people like this have kids (and KEEP having kids)?!! You don't want the damn kids, so don't have them! I would assume it's for the attention/reality shows, but let's face it, even if Jenelle had never been on MTV, she'd be the same.

Oh without MTV money Jenelle and Keiffer would be in a crack house or prison. I think the cameras are actually the one thing that stopped her from falling all the way into the rabbit hole. I'd love to know how hard it was to drag her out of bed and off the pipe to get her to film.

I guess there's a theory that this might be a fake pregnancy for money. And if the MTV money isn't enough, she and this new gem of a husband must be buying some good stuff.

OK, somebody needs to find a way to commit Jenelle. Like I said before, there's way too much drama to follow (Janelle and her husband both cheating with women on some live streaming site? drugs, exes, you name it), and now she's pulled out the miscarriage card. I don't think she was even really pregnant. I think she needs whatever the SC equivalent of a Britney commitment is. And shame on MTV for keeping her on the payroll.
