Holy crap that was amazing! They just kept throwing twists left and right. And props to Nina D. for playing Katherine and Elena so different. Katherine is one sick, mean bitch, I love her! And wow is Uncle Wolf HOT! It was a greaaaat premiere and it looks like it'll keep it up. Can't wait to see Alaryc though.

This show is full of a lot of pretty people and they can all act. It's kind of shocking.

I actually backed it up a couple of times to see Ian Somerhalder's reactions, like when he realized Katherine was back in town. He's really the funnest vampire I've seen in a long time. Really, he's more interesting and sexy to me than Eric on True Blood.

Vamp Caroline is AWESOME! Why do I have a sinking feeling she will team up with Katherine?

I guess I am just out of touch...I find Damon annoying and not hot and can't wait for him to be REALLY dead, but then I find out that the masses lurrve him. Oh well, I also hated Spike on BUFFY, so I guess it's just me.

Actually, I think I'd be able to tolerate him more, if it weren't for some of his fangirls who are hell-bent on whitewashing everything he does. (Not that all fangirls are like that, of course.) On TWOP you have people who try to compare Elena's manipulation in the last ep to Damon snapping Jeremy's neck, as if the two are in any way comparable. WTF, stans. |

I love both Stefan and Damon, I just find Damon more complex. I am shipping VampCaroline/Stefan so hard, but I love her with Matt too so I'm torn. I am loving the Lockwood storyline too, especially the fact that they used a real wolf instead of the crappy CGI ones from Twilight. I love this show!

I ship VampCaroline/Stefan, but only in a platonic way. Those two make the best friends. Caroline taking the piss out of Stefan's SRS BSNS face was great. She can be his new Lexie!

I really enjoy the hell out of this show, but I don’t understand the whole “Catherine really did love Stefan” b.s. they’re trying to feed us. So, she loved him so much that she stayed away for 150 years? Meh.

I finally caught the last episode and it was good. I love Katherine flashbacks! It seems she truly loves Stefan and he truly loved her. I'm glad Damon seems to be over her which is great. I kinda want to see the Alaric/Uncle Lockwood/Damon frenemies relationship grow. How bad ass was that scene with Damon stabbing uncle Lockwood and him not even flinching? And I actually was shocked that Katherine arranged for the church burning with the Lockwood guy. I love this damn show!
