It is shot with the wobbly hand camera, but it's nowhere near as bad as Blair Witch or Cloverfield.

I didn't see Cloverfield for that very reason. Maybe I'll risk it and take some Dramamine and candied ginger or something.

I saw this in Toronto on the weekend with my brother. Yikes! I wasn't expecting to be as creeped out as I was.
The camera is a little shaky, but not nearly as bad as Blair Witch or Cloverfield.

Whoot! I am working on Mr. Smee to go this weekend. Our modus operandi is to go to the unpopular 5:30 showing then go have dinner afterwards.
He always has to be too cool for school and won't admit to being scared by a movie. Maybe this one will do it.

I really want to see it, but I live alone. I read those spoilers last night and It creeped me out later that night just thinking about it.

Yeah I live alone and had to spend the night at a girl friends. Last night I was fine, but then for some reason this morning in the shower I got terrified and got ready for work in record speed to get out of there. I love being scared, though.

It's finally coming to Vancouver on Friday, and I'll be at one of those showings. Stupid Vancouver. When I moved from Toronto I forgot that outside that city most movies are delayed by weeks or months.

Why were you afraid in the shower? Did something creepy happen in the show in the movie?

Nope, I just suddenly felt really vulnerable, and I always hear noises in there.

I'm finally seeing this tonight with my sister! Based on what I've heard about it from friends, I'm thinking that I may regret it since I live alone in a huge house. haha!
