If Charlie Murphy joins the SNL cast, I might actually start watching again. I'd watch it for Charlie and for Debra, I used to love her on Mad TV.

Maybe this means we're finally going to get Michelle Obama sketches.

Maybe this means we're finally going to get Michelle Obama sketches. Good point. Although Debra is buff like the first lady she also has huge tattoos, so we'll only have sketches of her in long sleeves or she'll go through hours of body make-up.

There were some sketches on MadTV where she wore makeup to cover her ink, so I think she'll do the same on SNL.
That Lorne Michaels went through the past 3 political years with only one black cast member speaks to his boneheadedness. He's usually considered some sort of comedy genius but I think he tends to succeed in spite of himself. Fred Whathisname has never got a hook on his Obama impression and never made it funny (The Rock Obama was actually much better). The country has a black POTUS, Attorney General, head of the RNC, First Lady, governors, and members of congress (not to mention a slew of black celebrities in the news) and SNL has made do with chubby Keenan and not-black Fred. Weak. It's great that they're bringing Charlie adn Debra on board but those two were hilarious in their 20s and 30s. Now that they're middle aged, Lorne's light bulb goes off? Sheeeesh.

Don't forget dragging Maya Rudolph back, two years after she left the show, to play Michelle Obama. It's ridiculous.

I just can't figure out why that's a blind item, though. I guess that I like my blinds to be scandelous rather than "duh, finally."

1) No idea. 2) Megan Fox. 3) Miley seems too obvious and I don't think she has a "perfect" image anymore. Dakota Fanning?

I think it's Mel B, who is permanently a B, because of her name. Being a Spice Girl made her a former A list singer. The only glitch is that the BI state that she found her boyfriend, not husband, on a couch. The term boyfriend might have been used to throw off the big hint, but Mel B has been known to have lesbian relationships. Plus, her husband was walking around with the brightest shade of red lipstick, which made him look quite suspect.

3) Which underage Hollywood actress’s perfect image is all show? She got so smashed at a recent L.A. party that she had to be carried out — after making out with a random guy and puking(Star Magazine via Blind Gossip) I'm guessing either Selena Gomez or Demi Lovato--they've been hyped up for a while now.
