Hee! So totally accurate and succinct.
The thing about ER: true, it's an aging show, and certainly, it's not going to make him an A-lister. But if I were his management team (which I'm not), I would also point out that in the industry's mind, there are about 10 other actors right now for whom SS can be swapped. Doing ER raises his visibility and puts him back on casting directors'/producers'/directors' radar. I really do think that it would be good for his career.

I didn't even know who he was, but I saw this thread climb and I thought to myself, "Who is this Scott Speedman of whom you speak?"
TOTALLY hot. He reminds me of John Corbett, the oh-so-hot 1.) Chris in the Morning DJ on Northern Exposure... 2.) Ian Miller in My Big, Fat, Greek Wedding.
So, SO pretty.

I don't know a thing about Felicity, so can someone fill me in about who Scott played? He played 'Ben Covington' who was Felicity's object of desire, and who eventually became her on again off again boyfriend. |

I fall into the 'meh' category. I don't see his appeal. But maybe I'm insane. I also don't find Tom Welling attractive.

You might be insane for not finding Scott Speedman attractive, but it's ok about Tom Welling. TW has always seemed vapid to me.

No, I was actually coming here to find out. Lol! So out are the ER rumours and in with the Alias it seems. JJ does like to rehire actors, but I thought Scott said he would never do a TV series again. Would make me keen on Alias again though.

Yeah, it's funny - Kristen originally said that they were auditioning "hunky" actors for the role on Alias, and I wondered why JJ didn't just sign up SS, given his propensity to work with his old casts. I guess it's now a consideration. I'd love it. Much more so than ER which I haven't watched in so many years that I'll still expect to see George Clooney barrel down the hallways when I tune in next season (if Speedy is on it).
