I just saw Shatner performing Black Sabbath's "War Pigs". And Piers Morgan is telling him how great it is. Did I just wake up in an alternate universe? WTF?

But...but...but...it's Black Sabbath. No hacks allowed! And I like Shatner. Hell, we name all of our girdles after him in my family. I just don't get it.

sardonictart, I actually laughed out loud about your family naming girdles after William Shatner. Hilarious!

If you don't get it, tart, I simply can't explain it to you. Can you *explain* the magic that happens when you see fireworks? Can you *explain* the intense joy of Christmas morning, with its sensory overload pine and presents and carols and food and love? Can you *explain* the quivers in your stomach when you see the beauty of a sunset or a shooting star streaking the sky? CAN YOU?! Shatner is beyond mere explanation. He is pure experience.

Shatner is beyond mere explanation. He is pure experience. Yeah, tart, kind of like passing a kidney stone. You don't really know until you've experienced it.

Dwan, I fully expected this part of the post: To end with "No! Such is Mango!" Meanwhile, the beau - who is a huge nerd - and I totally watched William Shatner's Gonzo Ballet today. It's about the conceptual ballet based around his album Has-Been. So I was actually coming here to post about the Shat. It's streaming instantly, you guys, and has to be seen to be believed.
