What is it with B-minus level stars appearing in horror comedies lately (Nathan Fillion in Slither, f'rinstance)? And it's no coincidence, I think, that The Tripper opened in limited release on 4/20. The Evan Almighty trailer caused me to roll my eyes back so far as to sever my optic nerve. god, that looks awful! "from the warped mind of David Arquette" says it all. I won't be seeing this.' ETA: Just watched this trailer for Enchanted. Looks, um, interesting? Not sure yet.

I just saw the trailer for "Enchanted" and it was okay until that scene where the bus driver kicks the crap out of "prince charming." Why the hell does it always have to be an overweight, loud, black woman? Why are black women always the butt of a stupid racial stereotype?

I would probably watch it for fun, but I just wish the actors were a little more exciting to look at.

License to Wed has probably the least funny, least entertaining trailer in the history of film. Painfully unfunny.

But it's also got Robin Williams, who probably sucks their collective talent into his vaccuum of suck.

P.T. Anderson's There Will Be BloodLikely to premiere at Venice in Aug/Sept. I'm sold. I know the 'trailer' isn't finished, but its different. Nice approach for a change. I'm so sick of trailers that are just a condensed version of the entire film. (ie Evan Almighty)

It does look interesting. The title's a winner, at least. And I do like Paul T. Anderson. I wonder how he kept Daniel Day from going back to shoe cobbling?

Saw the trailer for Across the Universe...I liked this movie the first time I saw it, when it was called Hair.

I actually loved the trailer, but then Evan Rachel Wood had to ruin everything.
The I Am Legend trailer is just a teaser, right? Because, yay, brooding atmosphere but I've also been told that this was the best movie not yet made for, oh, 10 years or so.
Does anyone know of any good site for old(er) movie trailers (as in, pre-70s). Because I love them. So. Much. They're so hyperbolic and yet so awesome for it.
