I wasn't wowed by the trailer for Jodhaa Akbar. Hrithik looked kinda stiff and awkward (but still hot!)

I'm not sure what the SRK/Bachchan feud is about; if it's the same old one or a new one. My Hindustani friends were whispering to me during OMO so I don't have the details. Seems to be more on the Bachchan side. Too bad Ash has to take her inlaw's side.
To the poster who forgot to go to OMO, all of my friends and I completely forgot to go see Chak de India. Even my friend who loves SRK "more than dogs love food" (to quote another friend, who is sick of hearing about SRK) forgot. Guess I'll borrow the DVD from the library when it comes out.
I have Lage Raho Munna Bhai from the library right now. I love Sanjay Dutt, (but less than dogs love food). Someone should make a movie about his life. I love how his face looks like he's been sleeping on it for the last 20 years or so. Except if they made a movie they'd probably cast the wrong people to play him, like having Zayed Khan play the young Sanju, or something.

I like Sanjay Dutt too. He's got his own style of dancing, and if it was anyone else they would look dreadful. But he just comes off as more natural because of the way he throws himself around. Drat it I missed Chak De India too. Heard it was great.

Tashan teaser trailer. My first impression? Dhoom 2 as a Western. It might end up being good mindless fun. Has anyone seen Aaja Nachle yet?

I haven't seen Aaja Nachle yet, but it seems to be doing quite well at the box office. Good for Madhuri.

Saw Singh is King the other day. Quite hilarious in parts. Akshay Kumar has really grown on me over the past few years. Although I was a little shocked at how thin he has gotten. But he injects a lot of energy into every scene. It was filmed in Australia on the Gold Coast for a change of scenery. There is a lame cameo by Snoop Dogg at the end, who just looks slightly confused.

Saw Bachna Ae Haseeno (I'm sure I didn't spell that right, sorry!). It was a nice love story with a modern twist. Ranbir Kapoor and Bipasha Basu were great.
I really want to see Singh is Kinng, I've heard from quite a few people that it's really funny

I saw Rock On! 2 nights ago and it really was great! My choices were Bachna Ae Haseeno, and Singh is Kinng (which I had planned on seeing), but heard Rock On! was good so I saw that. There's parallel's in my own life that I could connect w/ (husband was in a band in our youth and all the band drama that goes with it). Farhan is great, Pracha is so young but did a wonderful job. The drummer was the best! And Arjun Rampal...oh oh oh oh oh my. The last scenes w/ his hair undone and he's rockin out, well he was (even with the pornstache) quite hunky. good movie that has alot of western appeal.

What did you think of the music for Rock On? Was there any kind of traditional storyline?

Icy, I liked most of the music for Rock On. There were only 3 (maybe 4) songs fully played. Traditional storyline? can you clarify that?
