I want to say it's Josie and the Pussycats when Josie and Fiona are fighting...

The Josie and the Pussycats line is, "What are you gonna do? Kill me with a guitar? *wild hand gestures*" Sadly, no spoons involved.

Is it that crappy movie he was in with Bruce Willis, where Bruce was a hitman?

I think that is from Robin Hood Prince of Thieves. Alan Rickman plays the Sherriff and he says it at some point. Not quite. He threatens to cut Robin's heart out with a spoon because it'll hurt more.

The Facebook group updated with this: 3/20/08 - Someone called KROQ and played a clip from "Coed Confidential" on Cinemax saying the quote. We are still not satisfied with this answer, though. Remember, it is a spoon as in the UTENSIL, not the POSITION. Happy searching! -Mandy

This movie is set in Brazil about a guy named Orfeo(I could have sworn that was the name of the movie as well) and apparently he is someone heavily involved in the Carnaval parade. He's supposed to be a player and meets the young innocent new girl in the neighborhood named Euridice. He falls in love with her and they decide to leave that town and go somewhere. When Euridice realizes that he loves what he does, she decides to cancel the trip, but while Orfeo is at Carnaval, she is killed by a local thug and dumped in some trash area at the bottom a cliff. Orfeo finds out and grabs her body, carries her throughout the neighborhood until some chick that he played kills him.
I remember the whole plot pretty much and thought the name of the movie was Orfeo, but cannot find it on IMDB, nor on Amazon. I want to order the dvd. What's the name of the movie?

I'm pretty sure it's called Black Orpheus. We watched it in school for some reason, let me check... Yup, here's the link Orfeu Negro.

Thanks. It wasn't that movie, but the spelling was the one that got me the correct movie. It's this one.

I dug up this thread because I keep meaning to ask about this but I keep forgetting.
This is annoying me so much. It was a Christmas special, animated, and it took place on another planet. It was probably made in the 1980s. I think a robot was in it. In one part, the main characters get captured by space pirates, and they sing "We three kings" to them as a peace offering, but the pirates don't like it and make them walk the plank.
Now that I've written that down I feel like I've been smoking crack. That's seriously what happened, though. I loved this movie when I was little.

Is this it, ivy? You actually reminded me of my own forgotten childhood Christmas movie. We watched in 2nd grade, I think. It was about a group of trolls and one of them felt left out at Christmas, but then he realized that "Deck the Halls" includes the lyric " troll the ancient yuletide carols" and he finally felt like a part of Christmas. I thought maybe it was The Trolls and the Christmas Express but the summaries don't confirm it. But then how many Christmas movies about trolls are there out there? Does anyone else remember this?
