Wow, I can't be the only one who loves The Pirate Movie, can I? Gawd, I love this movie - I even have a majority of the songs in my iPod. OMG, I OWN this movie! I sing first love to myself quite often, though no one else has ever heard of it, and I was considering putting Pumpin and Blowin on my IPOD. My husband thinks it's an utterly ridiculous movie, (which I suppose it is) but I have an irrational love for it! |

One of my best friends has a huge framed poster from The Pirate Movie. In their bathroom, I might add.

I love the Pirate Movie! I haven't thought about it in years, though. Now I'm going to have to track down a copy to buy for myself. The songs were awesome and Christopher Atkins and Kristi McNichols were so adorable in their matching highlighted perms.

OMG, The Pirate Movie! That movie rules! I can't tell you how many times I watched it as a kid. Pirates! Music! Kristi McNicols and Christopher Atkins! How can you go wrong?

The title of this thread is campy movies, not seminal (pun intended) teen gems set at camp ;D Little Darlings is fun to watch now, knowing what we know about Kristy and about how she would rather have hooked up with any of the cute girls in her camp bunk than with Matt Dillon. |

Didya know that one of the girls in Little Darlings died? It was the dark haired chubby girl who read the romance novels. I forgot her name.
