I live in Idaho (transplanted from Portland, OR), and the natives are ironically proud of Napoleon Dynamite. You'd think they'd realize that the depiction of small town Southern Idaho life is a little too true to be funny...
Anyway, I was in the mall the other day and saw not only an ubiquitous Vote For Pedro shirt, but also a shirt with a picture of a llama that said "Tina, you fat lard, come get some dinner!" Sweet!
The other night I busted out the Gone With the Wind quote on my husband and told him "you need to be kissed, and often--by someone who knows how." I've also worn out the "horse make tracks" line in various bicycle and piggy-back ride situations.
I recently realized that I quote The Princess Bride so much that I don't even realize I'm quoting anymore:
One of my favorite insults is "you warthog-faced buffoon." From the same scene, the phrase "wallowing in freakish misery" makes its way into my conversations inordinately often.
Any time anyone says "left-handed", I am contractually obligated to respond (with a darn good accent, I might add) "I am not left-handed."
And any time the word "inconceivable" is used, I respond (again with the accent) "I do not thin that word means what you thin it means." (K's omitted for accuracy.)

Amen to the Waiting for Guffman quotes...I love the ones mentioned, and also find myself referring to those who vex me as "bastard people" a la Corky St. Clair. Heh.
I'm also fond of that immortal line from Mommie Dearest: "Don't fuck with me, fellas...this ain't my first time at the rodeo!" Of course, that one works better after a couple of cocktails. And what's the quote from When Harry Met Sally? "You look like a normal person, but actually, you're the Angel of Death." Good for calling out glass-half-empty people who are dragging down a social gathering.

Nobody was more surprised than I, a 50-year-old male far removed from high school, when I rented Naploeon Dynamite to watch with my son and loved it. So now when I'm looking to get bizzy with the Duchess, I sidle up to her and say, "I caught you a delicious bass."

My brother and I often turn to the Spinal Tap standby: "How much more [blank] could it be?" "None more [blank]."
We also did a lot of Napoleon Dynamite quoting when he was visiting recently. It came in especially handy when we saw a news report about ligers.

Everyone in my house uses that quote from Carrie - "They're all gonna laugh at you!"
Another one I say often from Pump Up the Volume - "... standing here, naked, wearing only a cock ring." Although I don't actually have a cock, I love the quote.
A new one Mr. Bones and I use after watching A Shark Tale w/ the Mini Bones' - "Want to see my puppets?" Heh.

Oh good lord, I haven't laughed this hard in ages.
Yeah, I quote movies so much, I don't even realize I'm doing it.
Among the favorites of me and my friends... Weird Science - when asked how we are...."Well, my nuts are halfway up my ass, but other than that, I'm perfect!"
The Princess Bride - when someone leaves...."Have fun stormin' the castle." And, for no reason, one of us will break into "Ma-widge. Ma-widge is what bwings us to-gedda, today."
Most of the aforementioned Napolean Dynamite is regularly quoted as well......

More Napoleon Dynamite: "Your mom goes to college."
From Anchorman, "Milk was a bad choice"
And from UHF, "Nothing! Absolutely nothing! Stupid! You're so stupid!" (Although the rest of that scene is very quotable too)

My friend Suzanne and I always respond "You're right, you're right, I know you're right," from When Harry Met Sally whenever one of us have to point out the obvious to the other.

My brother Sugarbear and I can have entire conversations with nothing but Weird Science quotes.

My friends and I used to do the same thing w/ quotes from The Breakfast Club. We would see how far we could take the conversation before someone choked. Singing the lyrics to (You've Lost) That Lovin' Feeling from Top Gun was also popular (and a tradition to sing to someone on their birthday, especially on their answering machine).
ETA: funny how nonchalantly I mention Top Gun before TomKat was in effect. Now all I can do is laugh.
