Whenever I talk about Socrates (cuz, you know, he comes up in every day life), I still called him "Sow-crates" like they did in Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure.

"I'm not a witch, I'm your wife" from The Princess Bride, and "Roll in the hey, roll in the hey" from Young Frankenstein are two quotes I use far too frequently.
I'm not sure if this really counts, but I sing the "Off to See the World" song from The Chimpmunk Adventure at every available opportunity.

"Make me a balloon bicycle... CLOWN!" from Wedding Crashers when my mother asked if she could make me anything. She just burst out laughing instead. I'll be using it from now on whenever anyone makes me something. Or when I'm confused about something "I don't even know what the fuck a quail is!" comes in handy.

Sewer rat might taste like pumpkin pie, I'LL never know. Pulp Fiction.
The monster, the FREAK, is leaving. So this is hell. And there's a crucifix in it. How very Egyptian. The Birdcage
Bye bye boys. Have fun storming the castle! The Princess Bride.

From Bridget Jones' Diary: Where the fuck is the fucking tuna? - when I'm looking for anything at all. You have to do it in the right accent though.

Since going to see Land of the Dead last night, my brother and I have been repeatedly quoting "Zombies, man... they creep me out." back at each other.

Since I finally bought a copy of Dude Where's My Car?, my brother and I have decided our new response to "It's an emergency" is "So is this! It's a breakdancing stripper emergency!"

My sister and I still answer the phone, "Hello, Pickle," from Shawn of the Dead. Numerous quotable lines there.

I use the dishes are done, man quote all the time! (from Don't Tell Mom...)
Also, my cousin and I have been quoting Clueless non-stop since it came out. Mind you, we're both women of the African-American persuasion, so when we say "I'm having a Twin Peaks experience," "It's like a totally important designer," etc. we get looks that are so hilarious that I can't even describe them!
