I love the Lord of the Rings trilogy... but...
"A diversion!"
No shit, Sherlock.

The scene from "Meet Joe Black" when the car hits him in one direction and then the truck from the other direction, carrying him away??? *Dies laughing*
I'm sorry, but my expression went from shock to "BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!"
The more I keep replaying it in my head, the more stupid it looks!

hibinekocutie, you've read my mind. MJB came on Encore I think this week and that scene never fails to bring in tears mixed with uncontrollable laughter. (It's right around 27 minute mark in the beginning of the movie for those who haven't seen it.) Comedy gold.

Oh Bonsai, I'm so with you on that scene from Gone with the Wind. It's just the way she falls and falls and falls and then, just when you think there's nowhere else for her to go, she...falls some more.
Comedy gold!

The final scene in Moulin Rouge when Nicole Kidman dies made my friend and laugh pretty hard in our local movie theatre several years ago. It was Ewan McGregor's overwrought hacking/crying that did it for us. On the other hand ti could be that we're just heartless cold bitches.

I find every time Natalie Portman cries in Garden State hilarious.
Oh, and that scene in Tuck Everlasting where the Tucks are telling Rory Gilmore about their "curse" and out of a nowhere comes a shot of Lucky from GH falling out a tree with this petrified look on his face. It never, ever gets old.

The scene in City of Angels where Meg Ryan gets creamed by a truck? I thought I’d never stop laughing.

Going along with the Mystic River gutteral scream/throat spasm, I have to say that the part in The Ring where the male lead screams into the sunset is just comedy gold. The whole "FLLLAAAARRRGHHHHH!" moment where he realizes he is too late always makes my sister and I giggle uncontrollably. This is usually followed by glares from whomever is watching the movie with us.

Heh, load.
I like to yell What's in the boooooox?!! as much as I possibly can.
Roomates bring home a cake? "What's in the booooox?!!"
Get a shipment at work? "What's in..." well, you get the idea.

Oh, hell yeah. In one of the DVD interviews (maybe it was the commentary?) Sean Astin is going on and on and on and fucking ON about how this was his favorite line from the book and how it was Sam's defining moment, and thus the defining moment of the whole trilogy, blah blah blah. Listening to him just makes the moment even more unintentionally funny, because seriously: shut up, Sean Astin.
