So, the "insider" scoops about Britney's book have started to come out. None of it surprising but this comment made me actually laugh out loud. Have they seen her Instagram?  Of course she's trying to skewer everyone. |

So far, I heard that Justin Timberlake should be "worried". I've got no love for the guy, but he dated Britney when he was 17 and broke up when he was 21. I'm assuming that was his first real relationship and same for her.
Unless he did something criminal, which I don't think he did, why does he need to be called to task for his relationship choices when he was still a kid? I really don't care about the mistakes either of them may have made in that relationship. That's what growing up involves.
I know in 2002 the media was acting like we needed to know whose fault the breakup was, but shouldn't we all have grown up since then and realized how idiotic that was?

I get the impression Justin was an ass during the breakup, but while I have no love for the guy, I don't think that makes him a total villain twenty years later. I think they were each other's first relationship, and I really doubt either of them had the skills to break up without being jerks in the process. Also, all this was happening in public, so they didn't have privacy to process or cope with stuff.

But didn't Britney cheat on Justin at the end? In fairness to Brit, I think that was about the time her mental health issues were developing and she was becoming hypersexual as a result.

I’ve seen some people who are all about being pro-choice using this as a way to drag him. He did a lot of things but yeah, I don’t see how you can say anything about this when they still had “teen” in their age.
Britney fans stay concerned about a 20-year-old relationship.
