This to me says she does blame Justin and if he'd said he wanted to be a father or proposed then she's at least now claiming she never would have done it. I do feel a little sorry for her if she now regrets it but they were 19 and I doubt Brit would be happy raising a kid in Kentwood as a teen the way JL seems to have been. I'm certain her mother and managers also put pressure on her but no one can *make* someone have an abortion. Even at 19 she did have resources most teen mums don't, even if it would have destroyed her "True Love Waits" image.

With JL there were also rumours that despite the "we're good Christians who are doing the right thing by getting married" spin that BTS she was being pressured into an abortion which she refused to do (at 16) so it wouldn't surprise me if that is behind some of their issues. Plus Jamie-Lynn kept the baby and had a *girl*.

I just glanced at her Instagram, and she’s dancing with “fake” knives again.

I judge Justin more for how he handled the Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction than not wanting to be a dad at 19.

I feel terribly for Britney if she thought having a baby might be a ticket to a different life that she missed out on, but it's pretty clear in retrospect that she didn't have the tools in her toolbox to parent another human being at that age. Britney's case is just traffic all the way around.

Every now and then I will go look at her Instagram and then I feel guilty for doing so. The dead eyes and the half-naked sexy dancing are just a really sad mix.

This has now moved onto Justin being a cheater, and a revival of the early 2000's "who cheated on who?" or "who cheated on who first?".

I definitely think Justin is a PAB and I have no use for him. But I don't care whether he cheated on his teenage girlfriend. I also don't care whether as a boybander in his early 20s he hinted around, made comments in interviews, encouraged rumors, made leading videos or otherwise played out his celebrity breakup in public in ways that weren't chivalrous. This is all too dumb to get out the pitchforks over.

She still doesn't have those tools. Justin is a douche. But nothing about this current revelation reflects badly on him or Britney.

Let's be serious. When she had Preston and then Jayden, there were photos of her driving with them on her lap and nearly dropping them to the ground. One had to be taken to the hospital for a skull fracture because he fell from a high chair. She locked herself in the bathroom with another and was placed in a psych hold afterward.

If Britney and PAB had gone ahead and had the baby, we would have heard similar stories about that baby.

I think a lot of Britney fans feel she would still have an A+ active career if not for Justin and that’s stupid. If anything, having that baby might have triggered her mental instability sooner. Nothing was stopping her mental decline. That’s one more baby she would have lost custody of. But that point is moot. Her parents and the record label would never have allowed her to keep it and I want people to start pouring vitriol their way.

I'm basically the same age as Brit Brit and PAB (like within a year or two). And while I don't have the fame and fortune and paparazzi following me around, we were ALL doing that same shit at that age. If I wrote a book that included my dating escapades of my teen and college and mid twenties I can make some of the guys I dated look PRETTY bad. Some rightfully. Some less so. Some of those dudes could probably write books that make me look like an unhinged ho bag too. I don't judge anyone on how they behaved in relationships * in their teens and early twenties cause we're all STUPID STUPID STUPID. And it's not exactly like he was all "get the wire coat hanger!" and then went walking on out the door. He didn't tell her to have the kid and then dead beat-ed his way all over the covers of Teen Beat. They were together for a couple of years after.

I can't fault him for saying "i'm like 20 and I don't want to be a dad" that's not an invalid thing to say, and also a completely normal and rational statement to make when having that conversation with someone in that situation. I've had it during a scare. Hell I've had it with my husband when we thought I was a few months ago (ours was more of a "Jesus, I can't start from the beginning again" while we waited for the test).

I feel for her because she probably did feel like she had no choice. He wasn't ready and there wasn't a snowballs chance in hell that the Britney Machine was going to allow the money maker to have that happen. I think we're all deep down, a little Team Brit Brit, but we're also faced with reality and recognize that while we all hope that one day she'll get it all together with the right team of pros and supports....

but for now, we all we have is to sigh and say "how is Kevin Federline the non villain in this story"

I just looked at her instagram and I'm curious about her teeth, did she have veneers when she was young and now doesn't have them? She has gaps between seemingly all her teeth that she did not have when she was younger. She also has the absolute worst extensions, she should just wear wigs like I assume Beyonce and others do, give her real hair a rest! The dancing is still extremely disturbing and very uncomfortable to watch.
