I can vaguely see why people would be sending threats to Jessica Biel, since they're the sort to blame his wife (who I don't think he had even met back then and who he didn't start dating till years after he broke up with Britney), but what does Justin's mother have to do with anything? Not that anyone deserves death threats here, and certainly not the man’s wife and mother, but Mom did raise a punk-ass bitch who fucked Britney over and left Janet Jackson holding the bag when the going got rough. All Jessica did was marry him. |

What the heck does Justin's mother have to do with anything? For all we know, his PABness might have come from his dad, his best friend in his teenage years, or the other members of NSYNC. Or from his little ole self.
Sorry but I get really annoyed with the "blame the mother who raised him/her" trope anytime there's problematic behavior from a grown-up.

Outside of a few songs I can't say I'm a fan of Justn's. And he deserves every bit of flak he gets over the Janet Jackson mess. But it's worth noting there's never been any proof that Justin cheated on Britney. He's never admitted it, no one has ever come forward to say they cheated with him, and I feel like at this point someone would have. All we have is Britney's say so. And she's a lying liar who lies. However there have been stories of her cheating on practically every relationship she's been in, (at least those that lasted more than 24 hrs) and she's been the one knowingly sleeping with people who were cheating on their partners. So, I'm not really sure why Justin, his wife and his mother deserve all the hell that's been thrown at them by the insane Britney fans. Especially over something that happened 22 years ago, when he was a 20-21 year old. PAB or not. |

My theory is that he is an easy scapegoat because he's visible like her family, the lawyers etc. who are responsible for the actual abuse are not. And yeah, all nuance is always lost. Timberlake came up as a child star as well, he was around Lou Perlman as a teenager, I'm sure he could tell some war stories from that time. I have a very hard time blaming two messed up teenagers in the spotlight messing up their relationship or Timberlake not wanting to be a father at 19. The backlash seems like transference because the actual people responsible are out of sight.

There is definitely trouble in Britneyland.I saw some of her recent social media posts and was shocked at how racy they were. Don't know why she hasn't considered taking her act to Onlyfans, but it seems her thinking is more than a little muddled these days. |
