I'm more bewildered by Kim Mather's face change than whether or not Kool-Aid Katie is pregnant with a pillow or a fetus. I mean seriously, huh??? There is no resemblance between the face in the wedding photo and every other picture I have seen of her through the years. What gives?

My guess is that Kim has had:

-her eyebrows fixed up
-a (much) more flattering hair color
-veneers
-maybe a new chin? cheek implants?
-a facelift. She's got "facelift eyes," they're narrower and kind of slanted
-something done for the bags under her eyes
-also, better lighting

Marshall, on the other hand, just gets younger and younger while we watch. Assuming that the picture even them, and not his head photoshopped in. Or maybe they're both just airbrushed beyond belief.

Actually, seriously, I've always suspected Em would go one of two ways - stay on his 'authentic' path and continue doing work that had some meaning (and I am one who thinks his early albums are works of substance) or just give in to his own celebrity, hype and insecurity. I am so disappointed that it looks like he's done the latter.
