Yeah, you can tell by the lyrics in some of his recent singles that he has had a lot of therapy.
I dunno, I'm not a fan, but I can't hate on him too much. He seems to be willing to acknowledge and work on his problems. He became friends with Elton John through performing with him and through recovery, so he obviously worked on the homophobia (hopefully). Also, he adopted a kid Kim had while they were separated, and I think he has custody of one of his Mom's kids. And from what I have heard he is hands-on with parenting and even attends PTA/school stuff. So, I guess that's nice.

I can't hate on him when it seems his daughter has turned out pretty normal and doesn't have any entitlement issues like other kids with famous parents have. Supposedly, Eminem has another collaboration with Rihanna, I'm not sure if it will be on his new album or hers (it's been at least 6 months since she's come out with an album so she's due one). I'm not gonna lie, I really did love their first collaboration "Love the Way You Lie" so I'll be curious to see how this one turns out. Wenton, I'm off to google current pictures of Eminem now. |

He seems to have done a great job with his kids. I'll give him that. Given the time he must spend away from home touring and doing promotion as well as the years he spent abusing drugs and then going to rehab, I'd guess that a lot of actual day to day childcare was handled by nannies. Nothing wrong with nannies and I'd much prefer a child was raised by a qualified and loving professional than Marshall Mathers. As far as the girls turning out okay, we'll see. Nobody foresaw Jon Bon Jovi's or Bill Cosby's daughters turning out the way they did. |
