Because it's good...and finally, SAMCRO is coming back. And so is scruffy-hot Charlie Hunnam. Sadly, the wait is till Sept 7.

When I watched the first season I thought it was just okay and then the second season blew me away. Katey Sagal was ROBBED of an emmy nomination.
Even though I thought the second season was excellent I wasn't crazy about the season finale. I really hope they don't spend a lot of time this season wrapping up that storyline.
And Charlie Hunnam is uber hot. I remember when he was on Undeclared it was a running joke that he looked like a pretty girl. I never would've thought he could pull off playing a biker but man does he ever.

Never saw the first season (but it is on my Netflix queue) and only started watching the second season to look at Henry Rollins. Now I'm hooked.

The second season hooked me too. I got into it on Amazon out of boredom... Katey Sagal was robbed for sure.

Katey Segal was completely and utterly robbed. She was amazing last season.
Normally, I find the love interests on these type of shows eye rolling but Tara does fascinate me. As the 2nd season progressed she behaved more like an "old lady" and less like a respected doctor. She's trying to be both and I don't think there is a way to pull it off. There will come a point where she will have to choose between Jax and her career. It will be interesting to see which one she will choose.
I also like Tara's relationship with Gemma. There is no way Gemma would have kept her sanity after her rape if Tara had not been around. Even better Gemma seems to realize this. It's nice they have managed to mend fences.
Anyone think SAMCRO will end up going to Ireland? I'm guessing that's where Hayes is taking Abel to. I'm trying to decide who would cause Hayes more pain and suffering they could corner him in a room-- Jax, Gemma, or Clay? All three of them probably want to do some major damage since he took Abel!

Recent interview with Charlie Hunnam here[/color]. I think he caused a bit of a tiff by accusing the writers/directors of not clueing in the actors enough on storylines, but I'm guessing the blogs are making more of it than it is.

Did you watch last night's premiere?
I loved it. So intense. I was hoping Probie survived. I liked him and his one ball. I was rather shocked by the level of violence. Shooting up the wake. Killing the good cop (damn, can't remember his name). Jax snapping and bashing the shooter's head into the pavement. Definitely sets the tone for the rest of the season.

I am so happy this show is back! That being said I really didn't like this episode until the last scene. I am just not feeling the whole Irish stole my baby storyline. I don't like mopey Jax and I am sick of his and Tara's angsty stuff. That could be because I really don't like Tara. And I don't find the Irish with their bad accents that scary. Mind you it would be hard for them to top the bad guy awesomeness of Adam Arkin and Henry Rollins from last season. I read somewhere that Timothy Dalton turned down a recurring part this season. I am curious to who he would have played. Even though I don't like Tara I do think Maggie Siff is a good actress. Agent Stahl on the other hand is a terrible terrible actress. It is really noticeable because everyone else on the show is pretty good.
That last scene made the episode though. So intense. Hale was the good cop. Man, I liked him too.
Is it wrong that I find Tig attractive?

I like Tig too! I think it's the eyes.
I was thinking I hope the baby subplot doesn't last the whole season. I'd much rather see Gemma stab folks and be generally awesome.
My only gripe with the episode was how quickly the gangbangers--presumably one of Samcro's mortal enemies--did a total about-face when Jax mentioned a baby. Cuz bangers are caring dads too, y'all! Not even a pause, they lowered their guns and were like "OMG a child in peril, noooo!" LOL.
