Farmtower is really fun. I have a droid but it's probably available on iphones. Similar to Angry Birds only you have to strategically dismantle the towers without letting the farm animals touch the ground. Cute sheep, horses, cows, chicks and it gets pretty difficult.
Towerraiders is another fun strategy game, despite it's crappy graphics. Not usually my type of game but hubby had me try it out and it's pretty fun.

I just got an iPhone after 6 years with a Blackberry. I feel weird, but this thing is addictive!

I just got an iPhone after 6 years with a Blackberry. I feel weird, but this thing is addictive! I sleep with mine! Well, kinda. I turn off the light, take out my contacts, and turn the brightness on the phone down to nothing. Then I read or do crosswords until the damn thing practically falls out of my hand. It sure beats reading a hardback, feeling sleepy, then taking out the contacts, putting the book away, fumbling with the light, and getting back into bed. By the time I went through all that, I was full on awake again.

I was on a brief vacation with three teenaged boys (and their parents and younger sibs--this wasn't some Mrs. Robinson affair), and we all played CrowdGame Trivially. (Full disclosure: the developer is a distant relative.) It's sort of like Trivial Pursuit--multiple choice questions are displayed on an iPad, then you use your iPhones to answer them. You don't move around a board or anything--the game just keeps track of everyone's scores.
It was fun for all of us, especially because the aforementioned teenage boys were obviously much too cool to play a regular board game with their parents, but the technology factor made it acceptable to them. You have to buy the game ($3) for one iPad, and the controller part (on iPhones) is free. I think the questions were written by some Brits, as there were a bunch of sports-related ones that I had no clue on.

I've been trying to get a free Spotify code but no luck yet. I may break down and spend the money.

Ok, it's getting late and my brain is slowing down...What's the big deal about Spotify? Is it an alternative if you don't have iTunes or apps like Shazam or Soundhound?
Also, has anyone with a Droid been able to successfully install Scrabble? A friend of mine with an iPhone is downright stalking me to play with her, so she can stop playing against strangers in Siberia or something. Usually mine will load till about 97% and then nada.

bklynred, I feel bad that I've opened 3 threads in a row that have questions posted by you that I can't answer. So to this one I'll at least say, I dunno!
