Does anyone know what language the Dothraki are speaking? Is it a mishmash of stuff, or completely made up?

It's made up. I was just reading somewhere that they hired a guy, who apparently does such things as a job/hobby, to "create" a language for the show's Dothraki based on the few Dothraki words from the books. I think, in true nerd fashion, you can actually go to a website and learn to speak Dothraki now.

Thanks, Marching Penguin! This language talk is reminding me of when I tried to learn the Old Tongue from Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time books. Ah, to be a young nerd again....

My three favourite scenes tonight all had women with some awesome dialogue:
- Dany hitting her odious brother back and going all Cate Blanchett in Elizabeth on his ass with her "I am the head bitch in charge here and I'll chop off your hands off if you touch me again!" You go girl!
- Cersei's cold menace to Ned during their scene must have lowered the temperature in that room by several degrees. No need for A/C when the Queen is present.
- Cat's identifying of the loyal men in the inn simply by their uniforms and her rallying speech to arrest the Imp was awesome and it was a great shorthand to show how the various houses are all intertwined.

I'd also add "No.... that's not me.", awesome.

Peter Dinklage is hot. There's no way around it. He's a nice looking guy. And a great actor. He's got the entitled lord covering wounded personality down.
I had no idea that Bean was would walk to avoid helicopters. Hilarious. Or that he was a wild man. He looks like it. So I spent some time on HBO.com looking at and reading about the characters and their houses.
Jon Snow is way hot.

I could listen to PD say Bahstard all day, every day. And we are getting seriously gypped on Khal Drogo eye-candy scenes. Although the Viserys bathtub dragon naming scene was really hot. So to sum up, the following people can get it, in this order: Drogo, Jon Snow, Tyrion, Drogo again, Robb Stark, Ned, Viserys, and then Jaime.
