Holy shit snacks, guys. I just started watching this. And binged watched the entire thing. Thank you, Netflix.
Is anyone still watching? This season is kinda weak, but I'm still in love with the characters (except Cheryl/Carol/Charlene, now), so I'm OK.

While I'm not surprised Archer is the baby's father, I hate the name Abbiejean. Also, have we seen Lana's family? They've shown Ray's redneck brother, Cyril's dad in a flashback, Cheryl/Carol's brother, and mentioned Pam's family, but I find it odd Lana had her first child alone.

Yeeeahhh, I'm over the cocaine stuff, but still dig the series as a whole. I remember crying watching the 1st season. Hooray! THAT'S how you get ants! This season started weak for me, but I felt like they found their footing (and sense of working as a team in their stupid/crazy ways) when they hit the palace and tied up the Vice stuff, it looks like ISIS is back next season. Will the renovations include a new Brett to be shot a lot? |

I really did not like the whole Archer vice thing, especially the Pam gets addicted to cocaine storyline. I also could've done without all the Charlene country singer stuff. But I thought the season picked up a lot when they landed in the palace. I'm happy its going back to the ISIS/spy stories next season. I hope we get more Ray and Mallory and less Pam and Cheryl. The reveal of Archer as the dad was oddly sweet. Lana is going to regret it when he gets the baby tatooed though. So is that Kruger or his clone now?

I read a handful of things saying "that's not Krieger!" with one of the excuses being "bow-tie vs. regular tie."
It grossed me out that Lana used Archer's sperm without his permission. Out of ALL the things in the ENTIRE series, I think that's the only thing that's irritated me. 'Cause ew.
Aaaand I hope this doesn't lead to Archer getting a conscience because he has a daughter. D:

I don't think it will. Archer always seems to have something that gives him some "maturity" in each season---that then disappears/doesn't affect him in the long term.

Season 6 teaser I've read that the show won't use the name ISIS anymore because of real world events, so I wonder what the new name will be. GAGA? HERA? GAIA? JUNO?

I just got into Archer this spring and binged the entire show up to S8. I missed most of S9. I love Krieger and his urge to turn Ray into a cyborg.
Are we supposed to think that the entire series was a hallucination of Archer's while he was in cold storage on the spaceship?
Anyone else see the extra where Archer gets blown up in an explosion (caused by Ray) and ends up looking like H. Jon Benjamin?
