Did a manual search and didn't find anything, so apologies if there is already a topic for this. Anyway, anyone else watching? I absolutely love this show. IMO it's the best show on the CW right now, which admittedly isn't saying much, since we're talking about the CW here. But IDGAF, Nikita is awesome. I think that Maggie Q has really grown into her role since the pilot. And the season 2 premiere was freakin nuts. Started off slow, but the end was such a whammy. When Nikita broke Alex's arm and then SHOT HER? My reaction was pretty much, Daaaaaaaaamn, Nikita doesn't play around! This was also the first episode where I loved love loved Birkhoff. All of his scenes were gold. The "aw nerd, you're lonely!" line had me laughing, and so did the part where Michael smirked to Amanda, "By the way, Birkhoff is NOT working with us." More of Nikita/Michael/Birkhoff as a team, please! ...I'm sad that this has been relegated to the Friday night death slot.

I FLove this show.
Maggie Q is awesome. She has done a really good job with the role and the show.
The premiere was great. I loved the standoff between Percy and Amanda. Both ruthless and trying to one-up the other.
Team Nikita/Michael/Birkhoff for the win!
I'm not a fan of Alex. I was early on, but she grates now. The beat down was well-deserved. She's so cocky without good reason. It irks, so I was more than thrilled when Nikita schooled her.
Not sure how I feel about Sean. He's a cutie for sure, but I feel like he's wearing a red shirt.

Aw, I still like Alex. But I did have to giggle at the fact that she thought she could take on Nikita. Girl, please. There will be a point when the student surpasses the teacher, but that point is so obviously not now. She should have listened when Nikita told her - twice - to stop. Can't say that she wasn't warned.
I like that Alex isn't really out to get Nikita. She's just after the black box. I'm trying to figure out why she tried to send Nikita on a wild goose chase by telling her that she was on drugs. (Speaking of which - damn, Alex. That was kinda cold and shows just how effectively Alex can probe Nikita's weakness. Nikita was willing to drop everything to run to Alex's aid.) Was it because she didn't want to fight her old friend, or because she didn't think she could handle Nikita in face-to-face combat? If it was the latter, I guess that went to hell by the end of the episode.

I think her grand plan was to get Nikita away from Michael, so she could gas the place and get the black box. Which makes no sense because Michael is just as deadly, if not moreso, than Nikita. He doesn't have the same warm fuzzy feelings towards Alex that Nikita does.

I love how first Birkhoff yelled at the current tech staff about how much they suck and that they won't ever be able to find him, in a way that is sort of reminiscent of the time in S1 where Nikita broadcasts her recruiting message. I hope we find out how/why Birkoff left Division. That's a pretty big plot hole IMO.

I just assumed the "why" was because after Birkhoff ended up freeing Michael in the season 1 finale (after Michael guilted him by calling him a coward who looked the other way whenever Division did something bad), he realized that he wasn't exactly down with Division anymore. But yeah, the "how" is a pretty gaping plot hole.

I LOVE this show too! I'm pissed it got bumped to Friday's. It did poorly in the ratings too. I don't want it to get cancelled!

Dillon Casey aka Sean was promoted to series regular. I like him. He doesn't put up with shit from Alex.
I liked tonight's ep. Probably more than the premiere. Owen is always good for some laughs and they needed to redeem his character after his regime-addicted appearance last season.
Good use of the entire cast.

I don't know if I liked this ep more than the premiere, because this ep was sadly lacking in Nikita/Alex interaction. What can I say, my favorite part of the show is the relationship between those two.

I can't stand Sean - he feels too cardboard tough guy to me. But I really dig this show. I'm glad the CW has it for free online b/c who watches it Friday nights? Love the Birkhoff/Michael/Nikita team, and I think Maggie Q (potential home wrecking aside) is awesome.
But how does Percy go to the bathroom in that glass house?
