She is wearing Rey hair. Which only looks good on Rey.
That dress looks like old dingy curtains from an abandoned trailer. Ugh.

The cut out just looks when you undo a button in anticipation of a massive meal and can't get it done back up afterwards.

She really backed herself into a corner with her style makeover. She was ho-hum before her Goth makeover but she's so known for that now, she can't undo it which makes her less versatile. I don't really like her anyway so no big loss.
She's had some awful dresses in recent years. Find another stylist.
