She's 51?? Good grief, I wouldn't have guessed! I wonder if it's good genes and healthy living or plastic surgery. Whatever it is, she should bottle and sell it. When I saw her I was like "there he goes with another super young-- wait, she's 51? NO WAY!"

I had the same reaction. I guessed late 30's and thought "well, at least she's not twenty-something". She looks incredible.

Daddy?! I wanted to marry Paul! He was super hot in the 70's (minus the mullet) when I had a crazy crush on him.
They're very sweet together. At the Kennedy Center Honors they just both had the best time (compared to Lady Oprah who "allowed" herself to embrace the love {in her words} ). I remember when James Taylor came out - Paul turned around to her excitedly, and she was THRILLED. It was sweet.
I AM annoyed as hell though at how many times I've heard the phrase, "Is the third time the charm?"! What? The guy had a 30 year marriage ended only by death, I think that WAS a charm.
As for The Beast, she played that one masterfully. Grab the new widower with the same hair and basic look as his dead wife (she looks nothing like Linda now, does she), play up the charities and the veggie lifestyle. The guy was a sitting duck. Not that he wasn't a grown up who should have known better, but I think he was a really lost soul at the time. He was even in therapy - can you imagine having Paul McCartney walk in as a patient?

I give this marriage a better shot at lasting than his marriage to crazy lady. She's much closer to his age, they've been dating for quite awhile, and his kids supposedly really like her.
I don't think Paul was really ready to remarry when he married Heather. His wife of nearly 30 years had not been dead very long when he met Heather. I think he didn't know how to be alone and attempted to escape his loneliness by marrying the first woman that showed any interest in him. In truth, he probably would have married any woman that showed some interest in him and seemed to be a nice person. If Heather hadn't turned out to be nuts they would probably still be married.

I think most men jump into second marriages pretty fast if they're widowed. My uncle married the neighbor not long after my aunt died. Paul seems like a big relationship guy... I don't think he's been alone in over 45 years.

For those of you with HBO, in the last 20 minutes or so of the Lady Gaga concert at Madison Square Garden, you can see Sir Paul and his fiancee rocking out to the music just before the "Bad Romance/Born This Way" finale--so cute!

Not only that, but Crazy Lady also copied some of Linda's likes in the beginning, definitely to endear herself to him IMO. Especially considering most of those likes were pretty much dropped later on.
Also major difference, current lady has her own wealth.
