I just had my IPL facial. It was more painful than I expected and I jumped a lot in the chair, but I look fine, we'll see how it looks in a few days.
I can't wear Black Honey because it's too orangey on me. I'm really pale and some normal looking stuff shows up orangey on me, like Black Honey. I'm a freak.

Huh. I just had an IPL facial a week ago and while I jumped in the chair, it was due to the flashes of light. It didn't hurt at all. I wonder at what level you were zapped, magho.

Anybody have any recommendations for a good coral, non-sticky lipgloss? I tried on a couple at Sephora tonight but they are so sheer I couldn't see them on. I have dark hair and light pink-toned skin, so I don't want anything that veers too orange. I didn't think this would be so hard to find. It's actually a lipstick, but Rimmel's Soft Coral has a shimmer comparable to gloss and would pair nicely with your colouring.

I just got eyelash extensions, and I love them.

Having relocated to a humid climate, I'm approaching desperation for help with frizziness for my fine, wavy hair. I've tried gel, mousse, mousse and gel together (Jersey!), using hairspray in dry hair, creams with gel in them, Aveda things like the confixor and the phomollient. But still, frizz. My hair is medium-short now and I'm growing it out, so I'm using scarves and accessories on some days. Anything heavy makes my hair look oily and unwashed. I've also tried no-poo but my hair is too fine. As it is, I only wash my hair every two or three days to preserve the color.
I'm too lazy to iron my hair, but I do use a diffuser for drying. I like the wave, and to be honest I like that the humidity makes it a bit fuller and curlier, but I don't want the semi-solid hair mass. Or should I just give in and start wearing wimples and hennins?

No, I haven't. Thanks for the tip--I'll go to WalGreens and see if it's there.

Walgreens doesn't carry it. I don't know if it's available in any stores, actually. I've only been able to find it online. It's really, really great stuff. It's water-based, so it rinses out easily and doesn't build up. It's meant to be used as kind of a base coat under other products, but it can be used alone depending on hair type. Here's where I buy it, though there are other sites that carry it.

Update on the coral lip gloss...I got a Rimmel lip gloss the other day on a whim, in a coral color, for $3.99. It's very subtle. Next time I'm in the store, however, I'll check out the other coral lipstick color that Harlow suggested.

It was a combination of the light, the sting, the smell of burning hair (at first). I can't believe I sat through it, but I'm glad I did. It's a really weird thing to experience. I'm really, really fair, like I make Nicole Kidman look tan, so it maybe that. My little pepper spots haven't flaked off yet, have yours? It cleared up my PMS acne and seems to have evened out my skin tone but I'm waiting for dark spots to fade.
