She may have put the "inappropriate behavior" in the original police report. I'm thinking that Jon basically kidnapped her 12 yo daughter, and Kate filed a police report about her concerns. Again, it looks like this was in a confidential police report after her ex kept one of her kids for days longer than he was supposed to, didn't return her, and who knows what all else Kate observed. Looks like the police said it was a custody/CPS/who knows what issue. And then the police report was leaked 18 months later. I can't put this in Kate.

And all we know, we shouldn't know, because we should not be privy to a confidential police report. I'm not seeing anything that indicates Kate was the one that leaked the report. InTouch Mag should be protecting the identity of the 12-year-old. They could even report there was a police report about one of the children w/o identifying who the child was. But I am sure the information was in the police report, so In Touch and Daily Mail just figured what the hell

As it hasn't been revealed for a year, I don't Kate had anything to do with it. If she wanted she could have done wall to wall interviews about it, so I think (hope) that Kate had nothing to do with it.

Also, given that In Touch gives no details about the inappropriate relationship, and seem to even be playing coy, I'm really hoping this is a case of them hyping it up and it will be revealed that inappropriate relationship will mean something less awful then it seems like, idk, he confided in her about his drug use. The fact that they named which child, and seem to have gone to Jon for info really makes me hoped it's something not too serious.

In the police report obtained exclusively by In Touch, Kate claimed Jon once “kidnapped” Hannah by taking her from school; Kate told police “that she detects suspicious behavior between Jonathan and their [then] 10-year-old daughter.”

An insider tells In Touch the allegations upset Jon.

“Jon had no idea at the time that she accused him of having an inappropriate relationship with Hannah,” an insider explains. “He was upset when he found out.”

The officer who took the report states Kate suspected "suspicious behavior" without directly quoting her, and it was actually Jon's friend (or whoever) who used the phrase "inappropriate behavior." Either way, this story reflects more poorly on Jon and In Touch than Kate. The bottomline is that Jon has tried and failed and failed again to obtain custody of his children. As far as I know, he doesn't even have formal visitation rights. If the kids see him, it's at Kate's discretion, and as the custodial parent, Kate has every right to sound the alarm if she has concerns. I'm sure Jon would like to frame this as "controlling Kate strikes again!" but the facts don't support that played out narrative.

Who the hell wants to see this man naked?

I have no sympathy for Jon. He has tech skills and could easily go back to college to get them up to today's standards and get a real job, making real money. But, he's as much as a famewhore as Kate, with less awareness or appeal, and less access to the eight, formally adorable, children that Kate uses to get attention.
