Seriously, why have I not seen a thread for this fine specimen? Loved him as Thor and definitely plan on seeing Snow White because of him in spite of sorry ass Kristen Stewart. That voice of his alone is just....  |

I've yet to watch Thor but I hear he and his body is spectacular in it. I thought he did a decent job in Cabin in the Woods.
I love that much like the Wilsons, there's even a third Hemsworth acting brother.

From what I've seen, Chris got most of the looks, and all the charisma. Liam can look slightly derpy at certain angles, and has the personality of a brick. He was alright as Gale in THG, but he won't actually get to prove himself until Catching Fire and most importantly, Mockingjay.
But since this is Thor's thread, let's focus on him. He was amazeballs in The Avengers. More so than in his own film. He's really settled into the character, and I can't wait for the sequel(s). Haven't seen CitW yet, but I'd like to see him branch out into other roles. Maybe something actiony like the Bourne films, or even an ensemble comedy. He can't just do Marvel and Whedon pics forever.

Preferrably with a very explicit sex scene. As far as his personality he seems to not be a dumbass like other hotties *coughPaulWalkercough* and seems very likeable. Ive only seen his acting in Thor and Star Trek and I think he's good. Especially if I didnt laugh at some of the superhero dialogue he had. He's married to Elsa Pataky. I know nothing of her really, so don't get the hate some have for her. Is it because she's married to him? |

I think it might have to do with her breakup with Adrien Brody. I think there's a perception that she milked that relationship for all it was worth (gifts, house, name recognition) and then gave him the boot.
At least that's what I remember reading on some gossip blog.

I really liked him in Thor and thought he did a great job in small part in Star Trek. I'm not sure if he'll be winning any Oscars anytime soon but I think he has the potential to have a decent career.
His body in Thor was AMAZING! I read somewhere he had to be told to cut down on the workouts because he was starting to screw up his costume. I have no idea if that's true or not but man I wouldn't be shocked if those arms could do some serious damage! Here's hoping Thor forgets about Jane and quickly moves on to Sif!
