So disappointed with this episode. Last week you could alert the CIA's most wanted terrorist with a frigging text message sent from the Pentagon, but this week a shopkeeper needs to be personally escorted to a safe house by the VP's favorite congressman! Pull the other one writers. I had a feeling that Brody would have gotten blown away at the safehouse. If Nazir knows that the drive is gone, he might want to distance himself from Brody. Maybe it's me but it feels strange that his wife refers to him as "Brody" and not "Nick," because when I hear Brody, all I think of is Brody Jenner.

I have seen a theory online perhaps Nazir has decided Brody needs to be eliminated or at the very least is now seen as expendable. That would explain a few things. That could very well happen later, but I think Brody is much too valuable to Nazir right now. He has the ear of Nazir's #1 enemy, the Vice President. And by warning him of the attempted assassination, he's demonstrated to Nazir which side he's still on. Walker was always expendable, but Nazir would be crazy to bump off Brody right now.

My ex always called me by my last name. He was a diehard athlete. I'm guessing it's a more common thing among those and military types.

OMG! I didn't see that end coming! Carrie I give you the highest of fives! The confrontation between Brody and Carrie at the end was awesome! This certainly puts a new spin on the season. I'm guessing they will flip Brody.
Yay Virgil and Max are back! Random I know.

I'm kind of surprised, though not disappointed, by how quickly they move things along in this show. Four episodes into the season and they already got the proof that Carrie was right and Brody is in custody. I wish other dramas moved this fast.

I was surprised they didn't string this out at all, but now I'm curious as to what they're going to do with the story.

Yeah, me too. They've been renewed for a third season and I've been wondering if they might wrap up the Brody/Nazir story at the end of season 2 and have Carrie deal with another case after that. I guess I just don't know where they're taking this.

I'm hoping Brody leads to some other turned Americans, or something. I want Damien Lewis to stay on board as long as possible, even if it's him in a jail cell banging a cup every week.

Man, I was glad that this latest episode seemed to be somewhat less intense than the last two and then that whole attack on Quinn's gang happened. Pour Agent Danny, I liked him. That scene was brutal and I didn't see it coming. When Quinn requested back-up I thought he would find a bomb somewhere. I didn't expect Nazir to suddenly have a whole group of highly-skilled assassins when only a short while ago fucking Brody had to take the bomb-maker to a safe house.
Yes Carrie, you were the one who knew all along that you can't trust Brody but you're also the one who wants to sleep with him and have his babies so I guess Quinn was right to warn her. I didn't like how she collapsed into his arms at the end there. Luckily, I don't trust either of them so who knows what it meant ;-) She's making it way too easy for Brody to play her so I hope there's more to it.
Not sure I like the Dana story. I don't want her to turn into Homeland's version of Kim Bauer. That would be awful and such a waste of a good character.
I'm predicting that Mike won't survive the season.

This was a rough episode - the end made me gasp in horror. Don't suppose that there is any chance that Quinn made it.
