Yes, it's coming back. The showrunners said next season will be set in New York. They are being cryptic as far as Quinn's fate, and say that if he comes back he'll be severely damaged.

Hmmm...NYC. Not sure how I'll handle that. I'd rather Quinn be dead than the alternative. That might be my weak constitution though.
