Damn, Carrie is a MESS. So naturally Quinn's in love with her. Ha. Though I thought that was the case last season too. Glad that she left the baby. Best decision that she's made in a long time. I'm worried that Quinn is going to blow his head off though. He just looks...suicidally miserable.

That baby looks so much like Damien Lewis! Great casting.

Last night's episode made me sick. Ugh, Carrie - taking advantage of that boy. That was all kinds of icky. And yes, I know he's an adult possibly aiding a terrorist, but the whole thing was just gross. More Quinn please.

Poor Aayan. I knew things probably wouldn't end well for him.

Poor Aayan. I knew things probably wouldn't end well for him. Same here. :-( I am fast losing any ability to root for Carrie.

She doesn't really have any redeeming features does she?
ETA I did start to feel a little bit sorry for her after this episode though...

Yeah, but all this episode did was highlight the ridiculousness of allowing her to function as station chief to begin with. Meh. I'm losing a lot of interest in the show.

I laughed at this past Homeland episode; I felt as crazy as Carrie while watching it.
I think this show is supposed to explore the difference between "us" and "them." That "they" are willing to do whatever it takes, including murder your own family member, point blank; while "us" or "we" won't go there, Quinn telling Carrie, "it's Saul." Now, Carrie seems to be one who's willing to do whatever it takes, unusual for a female character, and I still find that interesting.

So who else thought for a split second that Brody might actually be alive? Because that is totally something this show would do (thank god it didn't).

I don't think this show would have let Brody be alive.... 24 might have.
Neurochick I agree - it is interesting for the female lead to be ammoral and cold (and bat shit crazy)!
ETA Landed Gentry- Woohoo!
