The last episode was great. But omg, SAUL!!! I love Saul so much, he's like my imaginary/ideal mentor. I can't stand when bad stuff happens to him on the show, and I really wanted him to be rescued. Dammit, dammit.

Well, that was quite the boring finale after a very exciting season. I kept waiting for something bad to happen... it just seemed foreboding. Oh well. I'm just happy this season gave us so much Quinn action. He's such an interesting and badass character.
Also, I didn't realize that the actor who played Carrie's dad actually died in real life, how sad.

That was such a lackluster episode, especially for a season finale. And especially after how good this season was.

It was an odd season finale. I guess the writers figured they hit us with all the exciting shit during the last couple episodes, so this one was kind of cathartic. I did fear that Quinn's car would suddenly blow up or something as he was driving away from Carrie.
It's too bad Quinn left so soon, I really think Carrie wants to give it a shot with him. The fact that she didn't immediately jump in the sack with him speaks volumes about her feelings. I am rooting for them to get out together, except that would mean the end of the show (which might not be a bad thing after another season or two).

That baby looks so much like Damien Lewis! Great casting. I posted this at the beginning of the season but after watching the finale, I had to re-post. Are we sure that baby isn't Damien Lewis' kid? Because it was Brody's Mini Me.

The finale was painfully boring. The only excuse I can give is that they are setting up next season. But for what? If it's going to be Carrie reconnecting with her mom, establishing a relationship with her newfound brother, getting it on with Quinn, and giving Saul the stinkeye I'll pass. What made this season so great (up until the finale) was watching Carrie spastastically do her job and deal with all the nasty shit that goes along with it without being in LOVE! and dealing with a bunch of soapy personal problems at the same time. Oh well, I guess we'll see which directions things go in next year.

I wouldn't worry, I don't see Carrie and Quinn riding off into the sunset anytime soon. Even if Quinn survives his mission in Syria, there's still plenty of potential for Carrie to fuck it up somehow.
Saul must be playing the long game with Haqqani. That's the only explanation for his willingness to make a deal with him.

Really enjoying the latest season. I'm happy that an international audience gets to enjoy the hotness that is Alexander Fehling ;-) I don't see Jonas surviving this season; he's Carrie's boyfriend. Chances are he'll get shot in the face at one point.

Yeah it's hard to care about Jonas knowing he won't last the season. Even if he survives and doesn't turn out to be a bad guy, Carrie doesn't seem that into him. And who can blame her now that Quinn is back (yes, I'm a Quinn girl all the way).

Just finished the season. I really enjoyed it and loved all of the German actors in particular. The only thing that kind of annoyed me was Otto's proposal to Carrie since I saw it coming a mile away.
And overall, well...damn, that was sad. RIP, Quinn. You were my favorite.
Anyone know if it's coming back for another season?
