That looks so good! Some more kinda spoilerish information on season 2. Best/worst part of that article is Amanda Plummer as someone who will make you think twice about acupuncture. Yeah I'll be watching those scenes with my hands covering my eyes.

I read that Laurence Fishbourne has signed on to a new show for HBO. His contract with Hannibal is only season to season so if Hannibal does get a season 3 its possible he won't be in it. I can't imagine they will kill off Jack, that would be too much of a deviation from the books. Hopefully they can work it out that he can do both. This is the best thing Fishbourne has been in awhile.

Longer kinda spoilery trailer for season 2. The voice-over at the beginning is kinda cheesy but still it looks so good. I am worried that Beverly and Dr. Du Maurier will not make it through the season.

his Japanese aunt, Lady Murasaki, and I think I read somewhere that she might come up this season again. I assume if the rumors of David Bowie being cast as Hannibal's uncle come true, we will likely see Lady Murasaki.

I'm so glad this show is back. It is the most (darkly)beautiful show on TV.

Dr. Scully is clearly scared shitless of Hannibal, but she still pushes back. I fear she won't be long for this world.

And ironic that Will seems to have the strongest grip on himself while locked away in a mental hospital.

And again, I cannot recommend following Bryan Fuller on twitter enough because he live tweets the episodes with all sorts of BTS stuff and little factoids. Like the cage Will was sitting in when talking to Dr. Butthole? Apparently they are a real thing.

So many disturbing images. The colour palette murders, Hannibal ramming that tube down Will's throat, even the swabbing of the inside of his cheek. That sushi looked delicious though.

Aside from his Twitter, Bryan Fuller is also doing a post-episode interview with the AV Club all season. Also worth checking out.

I don't know if they were successful in getting David Bowie as Hannibal's uncle but Michael Pitt is going to play Mason Verger which should be good.

I want so badly for this show to blow up huge and it's so close. TV is the only medium in which I'm even somewhat hip and I was spreading the word about Hannibal since before it premiered. If it just takes off, I can add it to 24, Lost, Survivor, Amazing Race, and Nip/Tuck.

The next Fuller-verse player I want to see on this show is Diana Scarwid. One of the most underrated character actresses of all time.

The best way to watch this show is wearing headphones. Seriously, the sound in this show is awesome!
