I went over to TheRoyalForums, where they know about these things, and asked if James would have a title. They replied, " As the Viscount Severn, he is styled as Lord Severn".

They have no royal title, so he's ~only~ a viscount. Like the Wessex's other child, he will not be styled with HRH Prince James. Male line grandcildren of the monarch are HRH prince/princesses of the UK, but Edward and Sophie did not want that for thier kids.

This article says James is allergic to cow's milk. His head was swollen.
