We don't know why Archie was left in Canada. According to other sources the Queen knew. Meghan's joining in the conference (and did she run off without Harry's knowledge 'leavng him to deal with it' or did he tell her to go because he can handle it?). Was the tell all supposed to be with Gayle King who's denied it? What list of money from Charles? Did they post it? Did Charles? Or was it leaked by sources who can't be named and no one knows if it's true?

That's just one of those headlines the world collectively laughed at knowing the DM was being extra. The only one who can't let it go is Meghan and her lawyers, and it's that inability to laugh at the ridiculousness of it that makes people think she's a thin-skinned narcissist. That's what people made people mock it, because no one believes she's actually killing millions at breakfast.

And yet the 'ridculous' headlines don't stop. It's a constant barrage of negative press,. You can deconstruct each one and point out how ridiculous it is but people look at the overall picture of hate and believe Meghan's got to be a bitch because of it all.

I had to google her because i had no idea who she is (all my royal interests are confined to reading this board) and holy cow, young Edward was a fox! I mostly hold that the genes that cause hotness have completely skipped over the British monarchy, but there’s Edward, proving me wrong.

When I was little he was the one I was going to marry, because he was the closest to my age, and I was excited that I was going to get the cute one.

Y'all were making me nervous with all the Sarah bashing. I thought you were referring to Lady Sarah Chatto. I don't follow the BRF in depth but Lady Sarah always seemed cool to me, just going about her life, and if you believe the gossip she is one of the Queen's favorites. I didn't want her to be an evil grifter. Ferguson should just use "Evil Grifter" as her profession.

Oh, I'm going to get it locked, because I can't start a Sarah Ferguson thread for one question. Is she still considered royal, and if so, is she a senior royal?

OOOh, I'm back on topic: Is Sophie a senior royal? Does Sophie work now, or what does she do? What happens once one can't be a royal any more, what do these people do? I mean no one is that interested in Sophie Socks or whatever she may try to shill (cough, cough, Middleton Marshmallows), so how DO you make a living that isn't really trading off your royal connections/name?

Sarah is still the Duchess of York, she still has a title but she doesn’t do any engagements for the family.

Sophie closed down her PR firm and now does a lot of engagements for the family, she and Edward are always out there shaking hands and kissing babies.

They also are the ones that represent the Queen at most of the weddings of royals in other European countries, those have kind of slowed down though. But for a while there they had a lot of weddings to go to.

Sophie is Vice-patron of the Queens Diamond Jubilee Trust. If you have time, this video highlights the work of the trust in bringing vision health to Malawi, Uganda, and other countries in Africa. Sophie’s speech begins @ 10:00 where she talks about her travels and observing the success of the initiative. There’s also a sweet statement towards the end where she calls HM “mama” and her relationship w/ the commonwealth.

She overcame a scandal to become a great representative for the family and Charles would be a fool to sideline her.
