I’m sure if he can file a last ditch appeal somewhere he would. Still, it’s been 7 years!!!! It would drive me crazy to have it hanging over me for that long.

If I was Sofia I think I’d be hoping that the embryos got accidentally de thawed so this is over once and for all.....

If I was Sofia I think I’d be hoping that the embryos got accidentally de thawed so this is over once and for all.....

or hire someone to break into the storage and dump the embryos down the drain... (not serious, just wanted to call back to an episode of Law and Order 😉)

He was only ever pursuing this lawsuit because he was still hung up on her and wanted to punish her. After 7 years, it's tough to keep that alive. He's probably lost a lot of the motivation to keep fighting this, especially as he doesn't seem to have any chance of success.

I wonder if the anti-choice lobby that backed him in Louisiana is encouraging him to keep going. He must otherwise have serious money to afford all these lawsuits.

A court has rejected Nick Loeb's final objections in his long-running dispute with Sofia Vergara over frozen embryos.

Does this mean this saga is almost over?!

The court also dismissed the claim that Nick and Sofia - who has an adult son named Manolo from a previous relationship and is married to Joe Manganiello - had a verbal agreement that would allow him to use the embryos.

Nick Loeb and Sofia Vergara ended their engagement a year after these embryos were created, right? So, Sofia took Nick to the side and told him, "Forget about the [written] contract. No matter what happens, you can go ahead anyway"? Yeah, sure.

Meanwhile, Nick previously accused a judge of being "influenced by Hollywood" when making the ruling on their case.

Last month, he said in a statement: "[The judge] was clearly influenced by Hollywood, which is a pattern I expose in my upcoming film 'Roe v. Wade'.

"It's sad that Sofia, a devout Catholic, would intentionally create babies just to kill them."

So, he also has a film to plug. How convenient. I wonder who is financing this film.
