Feud is an upcoming American anthology television series. The series, developed by Ryan Murphy, has been ordered by FX with a straight 8-episode-order. It will premiere on March 5, 2017.

The first season, entitled Bette and Joan, will center around the backstage battle between Joan Crawford and Bette Davis during the production of their 1962 film What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?.

They seem to be adding a Douglas Sirk (Imitation of Life, All That Heaven Allows, Written on the Wind, Magnificent Obsession) (What ever happened to titles like those?!?!?) element to the teasers.

This is going to be SO awesome!!! But who will win Emmy in September?

Feud, y'all! The first episode was so good. It far surpassed all of my expectations. It was so well done and the cast is divine. I just hope it doesn't go completely bananas mid-season as so many of Ryan Murphy's projects are wont to do.

Just watched and loved it! I feel like this is Ryan Murphy's perfect follow-up to the OJ mini-series, as I think it's potential for going off the rails (as his shows tend to) is pretty slight.

Jessica and Susan seem perfectly cast. I love the juxtaposition of Joan being obsessed with looking good and being liked, and Bette is just like "fuck it, I don't care if you like me, let's act the shit out of this."
