All the Brexiteers are doing their own Brexit. It's like they've finally seen the writings on the wall, and honestly think by going now, they won't be tainted. It has become such a train wreck.

Well here in Ontario our new premier, a Trump wannabee, has started his own news channel called Ontario Now. Funded by taxpayers of course! This way he can get his messages directly to the people without having to go through that pesky media who ask questions.

He has already done so much damage. Rolling back the sex ed curriculum to 20 years ago, decimating the Toronto city council because he has a grudge against the city, starting a fight with the federal government over funding for refugees. I don’t think it is a coincidence there has been a slew of racist attacks in Ontario in the last couple weeks. I have lived in Ontario almost my entire life and I’ve never felt unwelcome here until this past month.

I am furious at my friends and family who voted for him for fiscal reasons, but are now flipping out about his stupid new media network and the rollback of the sex curriculum. Hope it was worth it, dummies. I may have posted that on my social media and haven't received any negative replies, so that says a lot.

One of the things I've loved in my visits to Toronto is how diverse it is! The city is literally a melting pot of people from everywhere, and it was awesome to visit. |
