Yep, the lawyers did that, but discovery found that was a lie and the victim was visibly harmed and upset according to witnesses. His career is done and Marvel/Disney needs to stop standing behind him.

Every accusation in this lawsuit pales in comparison to the stuff Deux Moi posted some time ago about how stars routinely treat their assistants. Like not even close to being lawsuit worthy.

Is Johnathan Majors done in Hollywood at this point? People have done far worse and still have careers. His has certainly taken a massive hit, though, being dumped by Marvel/Disney and having his indie movie pulled from its December 8th release date, with no idea when or if it will be released.

I watched Antman Jonathan Majors edition and I really hated the guy…the Marvel bad guy. The super bad guy that would drive the whole franchise for the next 4-5 years. I dug Thanos. There was a multi-level kind of bad guy. Majors was not a good bad guy. I, for the sake of Marvel, would be glad if he was replaced, and that was before he beat up his girl friend.

I’d recommend they upend the whole thing, leave the guy in tiny prison and find a new bad guy worth the effort. It’s time to take a step back and re-group…
