Hahahahaha the reunion is showing a series of bad reveals and SO MANY OF THEM ARE HILDY'S!!! I know! And she's still completely clueless about it after all this time. The couple that got stuck with her this week were fortunate that they wound up with one of her few non-disasters.

I think Hildy was totally trolling people back then.

She and Doug were/are playing characters, is how I see it.
Yeah, I finally saw the reunion ep and the first ep in their entirety, and there was the all-white room. At the time it was pretty stark, but now I see so many renos that are all white. And like Ty sparked, it was a blank canvas, so easy to undo - add a bright coloured rug, curtains, some pillows and art, and voila! The room looks great.

Brookie- maybe it was Hildy. Also, by pink I mean fuschia. It was mind-numbingly horrible. They spray-painted the sofa fuschia. I remember that as well and Paige was so stunned that she gave them money to go out and buy another sofa. One thing I can say it that atleast they weren't afraid of color.

Watching old season repeats today and Vern just painted a red stripe on a white chair.
Also seeing eps I hadn't seen before. One room is a redo for a five year old's bedroom and the parents say that the one thing they would hate is if there wasn't room for him to play. Yet, the current room is full of toys and kiddie furniture so lack of space is their own fault.
I'm reminded why I disliked Kia, her breathy way of talking drives me nuts.
Interesting to see changing decor trends. Everyone abhors white rooms and wants coloured walls; the opposite of modern design.
