My son fronts an oompah band and is the Festmeister of the biggest Oktoberfest in the US.

Tonight he put on a (remote) Saint Paddy’s Day concert with the oompha band, and sang the Rocky Road to Dub-a-lin one two three four five. I’m thinking of you, fitz!

Happy 80th Birthday to Ireland’s wonderful President Surprises walkers and tells of his limited birthday plans. Misneach is so fluffy and Bród too! Love the end of the clip him and the dogs walking off down the path.
This man makes me happy when I see him and of course his dogs!
I met him in 1994 very briefly when he was Our then Minister for Culture and The Arts. He might be an inch or two taller than me and I’m 5 ft!

Michael D, We do him a deservice now giving him a cute and cuddly image, the man is was and always will be a firebrand for social justice and women’s and every bodies rights this speech against cutting minimum wage is full of fire, passion and decency. (2010 before he was president)

The Minnesota State Fair is back for 2021!

It's really an ideal event for getting back into the swing. It takes place at the end of August/beginning of September, so there's still a lot of time for more people to get vaccinated. Most of it is outdoors. Vendors are free to have touchless, no-cash payments if they prefer.

I'm happy, I missed it so much last year.

Foo Fighters played in LA and they had Nandie sit in for Everlong!

She is f-ing adorable, out of this world talented and God Bless Dave Grohl for giving us something to find joy in.

Thank you @fitz! Your video was even longer than the one I saw! There is the sweetest moment at the very end where one of the band members hands her the sticks to throw into the audience. She throws one, starts to throw the other but then holds it to her chest- looks like she wanted to keep it for herself and I can't blame her one bit.

That video was great! Nandi is so infectiously joyful and Dave Grohl shows once again how he's one of the most decent people around. Thanks for sharing, we need more good moments like that.
