I just googled Shefler, and his brand is actually run out of Latvia, not Russia. They have no Russian operations at all. He may be Russian by birth, but he has been living abroad for 20 years and Putin doesn't like him one bit. His wife Tatiana is from Ukraine, as well, and the brand has been putting pro-Ukraine content on their website as they have operations in Ukraine. This is inaccurate. He bottles in Lativa. Stoli is produced at Yuri Shefler’s Amber Talvis Distilleries in Tambov, the biggest producer of Lux & Alpha vodka spirit in the entire Russian Federation. Shefler is the largest producer of Lux (grain) & Alpha (grain & potato) raw vodka spirit in Russia using it for Stoli & for his range of vodkas sold within Russia. |

Filing this under "bitch, please." Angelina tried to sell to him for years, he wouldn't, she took it to court for permission to sell to Stoli and now he's boo-hooing. The Depp Effect is starting. This is an amended complaint. He filed the lawsuit in February. All parties in this lawsuit agreed to and the court set the date of June 3rd for an amended complaint, if one was to be filed. Angelina ducked being served the complaint. She had her security tell the process server on mulitple occasions that she no longer lived at that address. The DeMille Estate, that she lives at. She shares custody of minor children with Brad, he knows what address she resides. He exhausted all measures to serve her and proceeded by email. They took it to court and in their agreement to lift the ATRO's neither party was consenting to the the other party selling their shares in Miraval or the LLC's that held those shares. All parties agreed that the L.A. Superior Court did not have jurisdiction re: Miraval as the holding company was in Luxembourg. Brad filed correspondence from her that said that she had decided and it was heartbreaking and painful that she wanted to sell her share in Miraval because they bought it to grow old together at. True, they are not going to be doing that. The correspondence also said she realized that if she wanted to sell, she had to sell to him. They started negotiating about the time of their custody trial was to begin or about to. She stopped all talk when Brad was awarded 50/50 custody of their kids. The tentative order went into effect in May and the permanent order went into effect in June. She stopped all communication in June. According to Brad's filing, they'd agreed on a sale price and were trying to negotiate terms. That is what Stoli most likely wants is the trademarks so they can mass produce Miraval wines and make them cheap and ruin the make up. Brad and The Perrins have never wanted to mass produce their wines or champagne. They are considered specialty and that is how they want to keep them. Brad's filing says that he and Angelina had agreed on a price and they were negotiating terms and then she stopped all communications in June. Her attorney told him that they no longer felt the need to continue the negotiations. Again, Angelina hasn't filed her response, so, I'm just going off of what Brad filed with the complaint. Shelfer is also a good friend of Petr Aven, who is in Putin's inner circle and who met with Putin the week before Putin invaded Russia. He was on the board of SPI, One of Shelfer's alcohol beverage companies and may still be. They removed his name when someone made the CEO aware that he was listed on their website. Boom, he's removed when Stoli Vodka was being banned around the world. Now, having said all of this, we haven't seen Angelina's response or Stoli's response. But, Stoli and SPI are now desperately trying to distance themselves from Yuri, say, he's not the owner, he's now just an investor. I'm having issues posting the court order lifting the ATRO's. It says that neither Brad or Angelina agrees to sell their shares in Miraval or the LLC's that own those shares. It also says that the L.A. Superior Court does not have jurisdiction as it's the holding company that they used to set up Miraval is in Luxembourg. Both Brad and Angelina signed this agreement and it became a court order. Angelina sold the Nouvel LLC, which she agreed that she wouldn't sell. Nouvel LLC only owned the shares in Miraval. Brad's LLC, has been used over the years that they were together to purchase their real estate. His Malibu Home, their home in NOLA, a surrounding home in his Los Feliz Compound and Miraval. |

This is a major investment for him, and I still believe that Angelina has failed to cooperate towards a reasonable goal, which is Brad buying her out instead of being in an unwilling and unfavorable partnership. It's been almost 6 years, and their custody dispute still hasn't been fully resolved. Brad may not be a perfect person or a perfect father, and at one time I do believe he majorly f----d up, but I don't think the kids are in danger with Brad now, and it's crazy that Angelina continues to fight tooth and nail to prevent him from being a father to his children. |

Her first attorney, Laura Wasser said in emails with Brad's attorney, that the goal was 50/50 custody. Angelina said in an interview that she and Brad were after the same goal where their kids are concerned. I think she got mad when she got dinged by the court in 2018 for severely interfering with Brad's relationship with the kids. And all bets were off. They had a six month custody trial where the evidence, facts, fell on Brad's side and she was found to be lacking credibility in many important areas. She tried to get the custody evaluators depositions(he was deposed 3 times for trial) stricken. She's now trying to get him removed. She tried to have her own deposition stricken as there were quite a few issues with her deposition and she tried to get the deposition of a bodyguard that they'd use when they were overseas stricken. She was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, for Brad, she was successful in getting their private judge dq'd because he didn't dot all of his i's and cross all of his t's with old cases that came up before him again with Brad's attorneys. Brad only tried to get one deposition stricken and that was her evaluator of all of the evaluators involved in their case. Neither were successful in their requests. To me, if Brad was such an abusive you know what, why didn't she seek full and sole custody of their kids? She was fine with Brad having unlimited visitation. She's fine with him having joint legal. She could have filed for sole legal and not even visitation. If he was such an abusive you know what, why did she move a few blocks away from him when she didn't need to. And if he's such an abusive you know what, why has she never gone to court to file a restraining order against him if she felt he is still such a danger? I know that chances in CA. of getting full and sole legal and physical is hard to do, but, she could have filed to do so. Again, I do think he screwed up majorly also and yes, it only takes one time. But, since the public doesn't even really know what happened, it's hard to know what really happened other than an incident occurred on a private plane between Brad, Maddox and Angelina. It was investigated by both DCFS and the FBI, cases closed without further involvement or charges and in family court, she was unable to prove her allegations. In family court, she was found to be lacking credibility in many important areas. Did she exaggerate things? Bring this up at trial, the end of the trial that had never been brought up in the five years that they've been fighting over custody? |

I know that according to court filings she quit contributing anything financially in 2013. The year he transferred the other 10% stock to her to make them equal partners in the winery. She paid half of the sale price when they purchased it of 25M or close to back in 2011/2012, IIRC, that was the year they purchased it, allegedly, they were leasing to buy prior to. Brad is the only one that has sued anyone in this matter. Some of the Angelina Jolie fans can't seem to comprehend what they read. Stoli had an ex parte hearing for discovery because Brad and The Perrins weren't turning over documents as they are currently not recognizing the sale. They went to the court in France, were denied their motion. Went to the the federal court in CA., were granted their motion. Then they turned around and went back to the court in France, alleged, illegality(Mismanagement), which, they didn't allege in their first motion. I guess, in France, you even put you suspect illegality, then they grant the motion. The French authorities than confiscated items in France and Brad filed to quash the subpoena and now the items confiscated are being held by the French authorities until things are decided. Brad's attorneys basically laughed at Stoli, like, there was no need to go back to the court in France, you got your motion for discovery, oh and interesting how you never mentioned anything about illegality in your first motion to the French court or in your motion in CA. Now, Stoli is saying to Brad's team, we won't be so broad in our ask for discovery and Brad's attorney's are all, yeah, no. You're not getting anything until it's decided. Stoli in their motion for discovery threatened to sue, they have not filed a lawsuit against Brad and or Miraval as of yet. Threatening to sue and suing are two different things. Stoli has yet to file their response to Brads lawsuit against them and Yuri Shelfer. From court filings Stoli/Yuri Shelfer is making threats against Miraval's employees also, trying to take control of their distribution, trying to disrupt their distribution. Tried to steal Miraval's wine/champagne trademarks as that is what is of real value and hold them in a Cypress bank, instead of where they're being held in Luxembourg, since that is where the holding company created by Brad and Angelina for Miraval is located. Again, that is what Stoli does is hostile takeovers. They've done it with more than a few winery's and other beverage companies where they're "partners." They shove their so-called partners out. They've also threatened to ask the courts to freeze all of Miraval's assets. Hostile Takeover 101. When they first announced that they purchased Angelina's ownership, they talked about their grand plans for Miraval like it was going to be a done deal, no talk about what Brad and The Perrins wanted, the two entities that built Miraval into the success it's become. According to court documents Miraval wines made 50M dollars last year and is expected to increase their sales this year. I could be wrong, it may have been more than 50M, but, at least, 50M. It went from being a money pit, no pun intended, in the red to being in the black. So, not sure about mismanagement happening. lol |

I read on ONTD that this is abusive Brad "controlling his exes" as abusers do, just like Johnny. Brad has literally no history of that whatsoever. He has many, many exes, and his MO has always been to make a fast and clean break and never look back.
I think that's exactly what he did with Angelina emotionally, and were it not for their business and custody entanglements that he has no choice but to settle with her, he would have nothing to do with her right now. I think she's the one who is hanging on to the past and trying to control and punish him.

Or are you simply reciting what you are hearing in the news. Even the AP will only say " they have seen the documents". All the articles cite verbiage from his petition. He tried to void his sale of equity to her after they separated saying it was symbolic not real. Then he launched the she has done nothing, I have done everything it is my passion". Now he is riding the Russian oligarch wave. He amended his complaint to add more "charges" and reference the war in Ukraine. His petition cites some supposed letter in which she says she is sad she has to sell, but no mention of I know I have to sell to you. I have searched high and low and I can't find a single mention of Angelina purposely avoiding or lying to the process servers. She was also given permission by the court to sell her shares. The decision giving him 50-50 custody was overturned after an appeals court ruled ruled that the judge who awarded Pitt 50/50 custody had business dealings with Pitt. Pretty glaring conflict. Maybe you are right and Angelina is 100% at fault, I guess we will see. But it is entirely not fair for you to present things at facts when they aren't. |
