Wow - weird to think he died long before the Internet was widespread and long before social media.
Every time I see recent pictures of her, she looks less like herself. That's a lot of self-hatred. I have been curious to check her out on "Empire" but that isn't streaming on any of my current devices/subscriptions.

She was looking great/ acting pretty good in her recent stints in Sons of Anarchy and Empire. But God bless her, she's still in that barely recovered territory where when her thread pops up my first thought is "Uh oh! Dead?"
Maybe if she keeps it together and keeps acting or maybe even putting out some music for a couple more years she'll be more on the Robert Downey Jr. side of it where "New Project?" beats out "Uh oh! Dead?"

Courtney speaks to Kurt via Instragram. If there's a God, he/she has banned social media use in Heaven. Hell is where the poor souls have to check their goddamn twitter and instagram and facebook for all of eternity. I suppose prayer is not a public enough form of communication to remind everyone whose widow she is. |

I thought she did a pretty good job on Empire. I was kind of expecting more. I wonder if she will be back this season.

Several media outlets are reporting Frances got married and Courtney wasn't invited. Courtney's people are wasting no time leaking how sad she is Frances didn't invite her. Really though Courtney has no one but herself to blame. There's a pretty good chance she would have made a scene and I can't blame Frances for deciding having her mother there just wasn't worth the stress and aggravation.

Even a sober Courtney on her best behavior would still have made herself the center of attention at the wedding and been completely overbearing throughout the whole thing. I think Frances and Courtney are on relatively good terms right now, but Frances is smart enough to keep Courtney at a strictly-enforced distance.

I thought the same thing when I read the news: there's no way Courtney wouldn't make it all about Courtney. I don't blame Frances at all.
