Yeah, this isn't surprising news. Are they even on okay terms? At one point she actively sought out other relatives to be guardian, because she didn't want Love to have custody of her, and last I heard Frances Bean had a restraining order taken out against her.

I have a friend with a mother who is much like Courtney, though without the drug issues. She sees her mother at very limited times and under specific circumstances, because otherwise her mom will take over everything with her drama. I'm on Frances's side.

I'm sure everyone else at Frances' wedding, including Frances and her now-husband, are much happier that Courtney stayed home to have (and post about) a fabulous doink-a-doo with Mr. Norley, who is a rather handsome man.

To her, it's more embarrassing to be thought NOT to be invited to her daughter's mother than to be thought of as a degenerate who would miss her daughter's wedding.
