Courtney Love is a bitch. I've worked in the rescue community for years, and you would not believe the number of people who just drop their dogs off at the shelter or Humane Society, or just set them running when they get old and/or sick.

Courtney Love’s troubles have trickled down to her dog’s life.

The rocker dropped off her pooch at a vet’s office in the spring and still hasn’t picked him up, according to a report.

Love took her 13-year-old German Shepherd, Lloyd, to the Beverly Hills Small Animal Hospital in March after he had a stroke and she left him there, according to the Star, which reports that Lloyd is now up for adoption.

“Initially, after the stroke, Lloyd couldn’t walk,” a source told the tab. “But now he’s able to scamper around with the cutest cocked head. He’s absolutely adorable. Sadly, though, Lloyd’s now living in a concrete cage. It’s tragic.”

I was a Courtney apologist for years, until I slowly had to admit that she's a horrible self-delusional crackhead. This with her dog? Final nail in the coffin. HATE HER.

I remember reading about how she abandoned her cats, too. Thankfully, some kind person found new homes for the kitties.

I'm not surprised at all that she ditched her poor dog. Courtney can't even take care of herself, so of course she can't (won't) take care of anybody else. I hope the dog gets a new home, although since he's 13 that's probably not likely. Hopefully, someone will read the story and go adopt Lloyd because they are so disgusted with Courtney The Idiot.

Basically, the only thing about Courtney that surprises me is the fact she's not dead yet.

With the exception of Hank giving Courtney acid when she was little, all the rest of that stuff is Courtney misbehaving. She was sent to various reform schools because she was wild and violent. I'm not sure you can blame *all* of it on her parents.

Um, how about *most* of it then? A father giving his 4-year old daughter acid and drawing on her naked body is one of the most horrifying things I have ever heard. He is a seriously sick f*ck. He belongs behind bars, where he can't make public statements about how unlovable his daughter was from the get-go. She was an innocent child with a still-developing brain -- yet she was "unlovable" directly from the womb? It sounds to me like HE was the one with issues, and his horrible parenting skills messed with his daughter's head as well. I am seriously shocked at some of the insinuations that Courntey was just unlovable and so hard to be around that her parents had to abandon her. I do believe there are children who have serious personality disorders that all the love in the world can't fix, but after reading about her family I am not at all convinced Courtney was one of them. I blame her father 100% for the onset of any wildness, confusion and torment that girl went through. No wonder she is f*cked up.
