Nathan Fillion has a MySpace blog that is hilarious. You have to ask to join. He started it when someone was impersonating him on MySpace. He then wrote a funny blog about this person pretending to be him and what a sad, nasty life they must have, living in their mother's basement. He's gorgeous, funny and nice. Wow, those crazy Canadians sure do get these things right. And Joss has an amazing ability to find people who look really pretty onscreen.
Charisma would be an awesome Wonder Woman. That would be great.
Oh, and being a HUGE Joss fan I saw both pre-screenings of Serenity that came to D.C. and then saw the movie in the theaters twice and of course, bought the DVD which I've watched again for the extras. And I own all the BTVS and Angels. I'm a verified Joss-loving Geek.

What's the address? Cuz I'm so joining. Looooove Nathan. Mr Erinnyes and I are even considering going to see some crappy horror sequel I can't even remember the name of (White Noise: The Light? White Light: The Noise?) for him. Yay Captain Tightpants!
But this is not the Captain Tightpants thread so I will say, I also love Joss. I love Buffy and Angel and Firefly, and Serenity blew my mind. And his speech a few pages back about feminism? Yep, I love a feminist man.

Awesomeness. He is great.

So Joss is off Wonder Woman. Interesting. ArticleWell, here's hoping that the new script sucks and Joss will be vindicated.

So Joss is off Wonder Woman. Interesting. ArticleWhile I am a huge Buffy/Angel fan, I am thrilled that he's not doing Wonder Woman any longer. He would have cast a 5 ft. wispy little starlet in the role. And I want to see someone like Charisma Carpenter or Jessica Biel in the role.

I wonder if WW will turn into a steaming pile of crap like Superman Returns did without Kevin Smith at the helm? I still think Superman would have been better handled by Kevin Smith, because he has a LOVE for the original comic. Likewise with Whedon and Wonder Woman.

If they go with that 40s script, I'll be so disappointed. Too much like the old series, which I was a fan of, but wouldn't want to see on the big screen. We'll see.
That said, I still think Joss rocks!

And I want to see someone like Charisma Carpenter or Jessica Biel in the role. That's what I was afraid of. Or someone like... Amy Acker. All the while I'd be saying, "Dude, she's supposed to be an amazon." Although, considering this is still Hollywood, we might still have to worry about that. haha. Humm. I wonder what happened.
