He seems to me to be a narcissist of the highest order. It is everyone else's fault, his biggest flaw (not kidding- the article ends on this: he was TOO NICE). He even goes so far as to blame his childhood and parents for any of his sexist tendencies. Alluding to PTSD from his childhood- yet the worst he can come up with is his parents never taught him to swim! (there is reference to a child drowning that he may have been witness to when he was 5- that surely would be traumatic- not sure it excuses away sexual and general harassment though :/)
