I would have been okay with either one of those actresses. Lucy Lawless would have been fierce though. That would have been terrific!!

Yes!!!! I'm a total believer. But I doubt anyone in Hollywood is... *sigh* I kept hoping Raimi would give her a meaty role in Spiderman somewhere, but so far it was just that one li'l cameo.

Firefly really made me love Joss more than anything else he's ever done. It was so great to see Gina Torres in that. And imo it was the best cast Joss ever brought together: and yes, I include Buffy in that statement (and that's spoken as a Buffy-lover).
