Heather found an e-mail containing provocative pictures from a female friend of theirs sent to Richie. He insists nothing ever happened, but apparently that was enough for Heather and she immediately filed for divorce.

A friend said: "Richie's saying nothing ever happened, that he never asked for the pictures."

C'mon, you don't send pics like unless you know they will be well received.
And Heather knows him better than anyone and obviously by her speed of filing, knows what is what.

That's an excellent theory, Whitefalcon. I'm inclined to agree with you, but what about this: The woman sent the pictures to tempt/interest him a little more. Obviously there had probably been some flirting between them. There would have had to have been at least an attraction, as in the People article it states that this woman was a "sore point" between Heather and Richie, although Heather never thought he'd actually done anything with her.

Now, I like the theory that something was really cooking between them for her to have the balls to send such pictures. But what if it wasn't? What if she was trying to take things to the next level by sending them?

The people article also mentioned that both Heather and Richie were devestated all of this, so maybe they may be able to work it all out.

According to "insiders" on the Velvet Rope the story is that Richie cheated and Heather walked. Happened about a month ago. Also there's a strong possibility that one of his cheaties had a baby and when the positive results to a paternity test came in that was the final straw.

FTangie, I was just going to say, you don't file that quick unless your really fed up, and then I read poorfrances's post.

Just from life experience, I think we can surmise that she's been having to deal with this kind of behavior before from him, or something was the final straw.

David Spade and Heather?


So says Perez. I think that tool really has some inside info so it may true after all. I remember seeing her and Richie being very affectionate last week at some softball game they took their daughter to. Oh well. Who the hell understands celebrities nowdays! If I were betting money on these relationships, I swear I could make more money from predicting that Whitney and Bobby will stay together as opposed to Reese & Ryan.

Don't know about them too. He's a whiner but he's funny and it seems they've been friends for a long time they may have a better chance...or not. Boh. They make no sense to me physically though. Completely mismatched.

I love David Spade! Oh, I'm jealous. He's so funny and smart. I'll bet Heather is having a great time with him. Richie never struck me as being one of the sharpest tools in the shed.
